“I’ve used Discount Tires for 20+ years and still get blown away by their customer service. Tyler was incredible today. I just purchased 4 tires last December only to get a huge screw in my side wall so it could not be repaired. My tires aren’t a normal size so Tyler looked all over the place to get tires in for me so that I could have my car. He told me a few times it would be very difficult to get it done today so I was expecting Monday, but he called me at 6:35 -90 mins after they closed to tell me my car is ready and they would wait for me to get there if I wanted to get the car tonight. Their customer service at this DT is incredible!! Every single person is great but Tyler WOW! You were incredible!! Thank you!! And to the General manager.
