“I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne at the Amazon return desk. She was very kind! I got there just after 9, and there was practically no one in the store. It was awesome! My QR code was not bright enough to be seen no matter how much Yvonne tried to scan it. Eventually, my wife took another picture, this time brighter. It went through like a charm. Yvonne was not only kind, but also patient as well. She gave me some important info at the end of the transaction that was helpful as well. Hopefully, you'll have the chance to interact with this excellent service-oriented employee in the future. Thanks Yvonne! You got me off to the right kind of start to the day!”

“Can I say that I wandered around and saw so many good gift ideas and items for myself? I started in the yard which I hadn't been before and checked out all the metal signage and crafted decor. Soooo adorable ! Then I went inside and looked at the plants and antique toys. Picked up a few things. Started the adventure of wandering by the whirly chimes, beer items, wood decor. I can't even begin to tell you all the things I saw. It's such a great place and just when you think you've seen everything, there's an upper level. I love the low beamed ceilings and the nooks you find items in. The artists' stories also thrill me because then I know who made what I purchased. Definitely come check them out. They have good prices. Sale items and affordable prices for gifts. Street parking.”

“I was buying some shirts online and was having difficulty…they were running out. I was visiting the Denver area a week ago and decided to go to the Castle Rock store to see if they could help me.
Trinity and Chauncy, both dropped what they were doing and immediately started helping me with my order before Gap ran out of the shirts I liked. They were both so helpful and friendly to me and I hope management sees this review and thanks them. When I returned home to Hershey, Pa., the shirts were out of stock. Thanks Trinity and Chauncy…you rock!❤️”

“It's a bit further of a drive than any of the ones in Colotado Springs but I occasionally frequent it because they have a pretty big inventory and while it's a hit-or-miss based on when you actually show up, they seem to get some really good selections when they have stock. Got a bunch of nice pants in my last visit but there was less children's clothing inventory at the time.
Overall would recommend shopping at this location. Conveniently right next to the outlet as well.”
“What a wonderful experience at this store on 10.11 at 7:30pm. I was with my 12 year old shopping for her birthday. The gal that assisted us was AMAZING asking all kinds of questions of my daughter. I will say I had 0 intentions of buying my 12 year old a purse and sure enough with how attentive and wonderful this sales gal was with my daughter we totally walked out with a new purse and wallet. She made our night!”
