“Many thanks to Jeff, Bree, and team and Autoimage 360! I would describe the work performed as meticulous expertise! I have had work completed here multiple times and I have a confidence that the work required will be carefully analyzed and the best solution applied. Most recently, I had wind damage to my vehicle. Jeff walked me through what was required to get the work completed well and exceeded his anticipated due date for completion.
I had prior repairs here as well for hail damage on one of our other vehicles. One of the large chain shops quoted cutting panels off and replacing them as part of their repair process. They, fortunately, had parts arrive damaged and then never called me back. When I inquired, they had not reordered the parts and had lost our information on the work needing to be performed after full turnover of staff at their facility. That’s when I found Autoimage 360 and I proceeded to have Jeff inspect our vehicle and he performed PDR work to restore the vehicle completely without replacing panels and losing our factory paint. The finished result was nothing less than excellent and back to new!!

This was my first experience getting a ceramic coat and ppf on any vehicle I've owned and finding someone I could reliably leave my first brand new car with felt like a daunting task. After a few calls, I found Mile High Image. Filip was the first personable person I spoke with when getting quotes which made me feel like this was the right place. Upon bringing my car to his shop, he walked me through the process of what was going to be done and answered my plethora of amateur washing and detailing questions. “Recon Center was amazing, we will definitely be coming back. I found them via Reddit when looking for an interior detailer within our budget & the time constraints we were under. Their name was the only business recommended by several different users & on more than one post. After taking our own car to Recon Center it is clear why they were so highly recommended.
Not only did Recon have our car interior & upholstery spotless(even getting a stain out our previous detailer wasn’t able to) but the entire process was easy & stress free. We emailed them on a Sunday night outside of operating hours & they were quick to respond with answers to our questions. Once we booked they communicated throughout the process, including texting photos when the car was ready. Not to mention they were able to do such amazing work in a few short hours. “When I did a Google search for touchless carwashes in Parker, Super Star was by far the highest rated. So I showed up, paid and then as I turned the corner I saw - BRUSHES!!!
I asked the attendant over, and he kindly helped me pull out and brought Samuel (GM) over to help with a refund. Samuel took my info and immediately darted away to do what was needed for my refund.
When he came back we had the most pleasant conversation. There was no pressure or negativity in his words or tone. Just by his kindness and knowledge, he had convinced me to go ahead and drive thru.
I must say, I was blown away at how nice a job the wash did. Samuel knew my concerns - he actually walked halfway thru the wash watching everything, and then met me shortly after in the parking lot while I was drying my BABY just to make sure I was pleased and not upset. He took a big risk that I could have been unreasonable or unkind but approached me without hesitation. He had a great big smile and a firm handshake.

“The work was great. My car came back looking better than it has since I bought it. The rest of the interaction was a bit sketchy. The key dropoff is in an unmarked garage door. It is not obvious at all, and I ended up leaving my key hidden on the car. The card reader was down, and no one was at a desk or anything, so I paid cash to the person cleaning my car. The car was supposed to take 4ish hours to be done, 6 max. When I hadn't heard anything after 7 hours I called and was told they were just finishing. They were not done and after waiting 15 minutes I drove home with my seats still damp. Like I said, the car looked great and in the end it was worth it. Just kind of a weird business experience.”
