“We bought Nissan crossbars but it was not as easy as we thought to install so I called Rackstarz. Dustin was very professional and helpful. He made recommendations about where to place ski racks on my crossbars before just installing them. I learned a lot. Basically he did all the work using parts we brought in and was super friendly. He also gave advise about how to remove the racks and about car washes. Great info. And the price was LESS THAN HALF OF THE DEALER> Highly recommend!!”

“I was kept up-to-date on my vehicle and when it would be ready. It was ready around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. I couldn’t get a hold of the insurance to see If the rental would be covered until Monday, so I called them and they waited around until I was able to get there which I really appreciated because I didn’t want to get stuck with another Bill. Everybody was very pleasant and kept me informed.”

“We ended up buying a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek which was not on the radar when we first went to the dealership. On day 1 we drove 3 vehicles and eliminated others based on size and colors. We met with Jon Alvarez he was very easy and pleasant to work with. His knowledge and experience helped us with the final decision. On the other hand the Arapahoe KIA decision makers were not willing to make a decent deal with us involving our trade-in so we walked away. I had other offers for the trade-in and ended up getting $2600 more from them. On day 2 we did go back to the dealership with cash in hand and ended up making a deal; mainly because we wanted that car and liked Jon. The time it took to get the deal done was WAY longer than it should have been however. We spent a lot of time waiting for E-docs to be sent and for financing to be arranged. Jon did get me $600 + off the sales price for me and paid for my Uber to the dealership and got the car prepped for us. Overall it was a painful but a rewarding experience‼️”

Well that’s knot happening them his company said we will pay. His work place said we are not paying. I have said from the start (I don’t have any money to pay to Cisco’s ) I don’t know what to do. I can’t get a loan because I can’t pay them back. It’s the
only new vehicle I have ever had. I’m just sad
now. Yes I work hard 6 days a week. I have grand kids to take care of. That were my money go . Just so you know.

“Whole going out the other day for groceries, our car unexpectedly wouldn't start. We were stuck in the Sprouts parking lot until we realized this auto parts shop shared the lot with the Sprouts. We figured out that the issue was likely a dead battery, and not only did they carry the battery to our car, they also installed it. Alex and Al went above and beyond and I still can't thank them enough.”

I went inside to look for my items, but she was not far behind me and asked how I could help. She ran me through the engine and cabin filter options for my car and explained the options and pricing. “The service was excellent. However, when I met with the service agent to discuss my vehicle, the setup made communication a bit difficult. Two computer monitors blocked our visual contact, and there was no desk space available for me to review my payment information comfortably. Improving the workspace layout would make the customer experience even better.”

“$60,000 for a 2022 Ford Bronco. You'd expect to get what you pay for, right? There never should be a problem with a car I had owned for less than 2 weeks, but somehow there was. I bought my Bronco from Biener Ford in Great Neck, NY and proceeded to drive it cross-country. It was 108 degrees out and I was driving across Kansas when my AC stopped working. I called Beiner Ford in NY to ask for help, and they pretty much told me to "Go F myself". Unless I was bringing the car to them, they wouldn't bother to lift a finger. Meanwhile I was on I-70 westbound in bumblefruck nowhere Kansas and I was literally melting in the sun's rays. I called home and asked my pops to help me out. He found Groove Ford on his own after calling about 6 Ford Dealers in the Denver area. They were the only ones willing to help. I got to the dealer before the opened and was an unhappy Karen- type. I was PISSED that my brand new car could break. I even called Ford and asked them to buyback the brand new car. How angry I was that a new car could break and the dealer I bought it from could care less. Meanwhile a dealer who'd I'd never done business with could care sooo much and help me out of a jam. It took all day, but Groove ford was able to fix my car and I was able to get on my way. Huge props to their techs and customer service associates for helping me out of a jam and for helping me not melt in the 100 + degree temps. Thank you guys for having a first rate service shop with great people. You guys rock!”
