“I have lived in the area here for about 2 years now and Jill is always there to help she's one of the most friendly and nicest people I've ever met at Dollar tree. There's also another lady there who has that same customer service. If you walk into this Dollar tree it's always clean things might be sold out but nothing's ever out of place the people working there are always ready and willing to help and you can tell that they've been trained correctly.”

“Large, clean and organized store. I was not greeted when i walked in, but that doesn’t necessarily bother me like it seems to for other reviewers. I came in for wired headphones with a microphone and a nail clipper. I still walked around each aisle to see what they had to offer ?. Good variety of items, fairly priced. Only encountered 1 employee upon check out. Self check out lanes, but the employee scanned my items and watched that i paid. A little unnecessary to scan my items, but i just let her do her thing. Again, didn’t bother me as much as it did other customers- but i also understand they’re just ensuring their inventory is paid and accounted for ??♀️
Overall great experience. I’ll be back to grab some small toys and Knick knacks for my nieces and nephews care packages!”

“I had the worst experience at Black Friday today March 10th. One of the employees screamed at everyone at the store accusing of everyone stealing which it’s nobody’s fault, if some other people decided to steal why would he go in the store and scream at everyone saying to “these goes to everyone who steals my stuff” he screamed bad words to us as well and that’s not acceptable we are customers it was nobodies fault that other people decided to steal. I really didn’t like that he disrespected everyone at the store and don’t think is fair. Yeah there is people that steal all the time everywhere not just there and that’s there problem not the rest of everyone but it’s unacceptable some employee to scream at everyone who didn’t do anything and he technically accused everyone of stealing. I understand his frustration of people stealing but that’s not the way of treating customers.”

“Hot lobby and no seating while you wait for the staff to check on your parts request. Stairs so no wheelchair accessibility. Mostly online. Huge selection of appliance parts. Used to be much better, but since COVID yeah not so much.”
“I usually come here for everything, but they sell Beta fish here and it bothers me how they don't really pay attention/ neglect them until someone purchases them. It breaks my heart seeing them like this. They do everything else right. But please if you can't take care of these fish, DONT SELL THEM. PERIOD!”

“This store is really clean and organized, plus has a lot of merchandise. The associate who helped, was really nice. His nametag said Jordan. I found a cute jumpsuit for $12.50, and also Lays chips were on sale 3 regular size bags for $6. That's the lowest price you can find for chips anywhere. Took a retail therapy lunch break, and I'm glad I got such great deals and customer service.”
“11/16/2023 I’m not sure what the cashiers name is (working today at 4pm) but I’ve been to this location several times and she is always always always pleasant. Not to mention that they are fully stocked for the most part and have a wide selection. Always clean and always organized . Thank you for that experience.”

“Dollar tree's favorite store. Everything you need at a reasonable price, the store is very clean compared to others in this chain and always looks well-kept. There is a grocery department, canned goods, pasta, cereals, spices, as well as semi-finished products in refrigerators (you can eat very cheaply if your wallet is empty). There are also many small things for the home that will come in handy.

“I know it is hard to run a discount store - people often move or drop items for sale on the floor, open items, damage items, etc. Then there is the issue of keeping the store itself clean when you have constant traffic, especially traffic which includes lots of kids. This Dollar Tree does try very hard to keep a nice store. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. I have sometimes had them go above and beyond to try to please me with solutions to my specific requests. I once was building "hygiene bags" for our homeless outreach and needed a few more items which I could not find on the shelves and a nice young lady said, "Let me go see if I can find something in the back for you." And, most recently, the Manager helped me with a specific need for our charity. This is definitely my store of choice for "dollar" items.”

“This is actually my most favorite Dollar tree and all of denver. The staff that are really cool, I've even had times where I didn't have enough to pay for the food that I needed and that I had rung up, and one of the staff members on multiple occasions has paid for my grocery bill and have been complete lifesavers. I've been going to this Dollar tree for years. They do a good job of keeping the necessities in stock. The staff are extremely friendly. And I want to have it anyway else.”
“Folks in here are chill enough. Once I needed a return for a broken item without a receipt and they helped. Once I locked myself out of my car in the parking lot and they helped me find a tool to get back in it, wasn't late for work.”
“This is a convenient location right off Leetsdale in a shopping plaza. It has decent hours and mostly stocked items. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have recently changed around the layout. They also sell gift cards to other stores which I find helpful. My only issue is the rising prices for things that I prefer to spend minimal on (hence the use of the term 'Family Dollar'). Seeing my air freshener go up to $6+ dollars was frustrating. I do like their vast assortment of items from domestic home goods to cleaners. I also get my Reese's here when in the mood. I even have picked up bed sheet sets for only $25-$30 King Size! In this inflated market, that is a huge deal! Also, a lot of people hang out around the front areas. I am not sure if they are bored or homeless or what. I just notice that there are lots of people that sit around outside and sometimes I get a tad uncomfortable going in and out. I tend to be acutely aware of my surroundings. Overall enjoy this place overall and they do try to keep it organized. It is important that you take your cart back INTO THE STORE if you use one. A lot of homeless people grab the store carts and I don't think they should. Being respectful of businesses is important too.”
