Poor service and follow through. 4 bankers all with no customers. Unwilling to help people in line. Not a good look for folks who want to switch.

I’ve been going to this FirstBank with my mom since I was little, and I’ve always had positive experiences here. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews.
