Terrible customer service. I've been with first bank for twenty plus years. This location really needs to start working on customer service. Called this location multiple times on multiple different days. No one picks up. Called the headquarters they tried calling they never picked up. Went in and the bank manager told me it was going to take twenty minutes for her to get to me for a notary. I sat impatiently waited while she helped another person at her desk. When she finishing up with the person she was helping at her desk, she proceeded to go work as a teller. I was there before half the people that were in that line. I didn't need a teller, I needed a notary. She clearly just didn't want to help me. I left there and went to my wife's bank Wells Fargo. They instantly had us sitting at a desk, and we finished up within five minutes.

I've banked with First Bank in Vail and Aurora for 47 years. Folks in every bank are always courteous, and I feel welcome in every branch I might visit.

Efficient, fast, friendly service inside this location. Sometimes the drive up gets a little backed up but the service is still good.

Coming here for over 10 years now, the ATM spits my check out. Online deposit doesn't work. I HAVE TO GO INSIDE EVERYTIME NOW TO DEPOSIT CHECK. ATM are always down, and there's always a line inside because their are so few in the area. You can never find 1ST bank online for anything. Bank is too small. THIS IS AT ALL LOCATIONS.

This branch does NOT have a working ATM. It is constantly broken and has been for almost a whole year. I’m sure they appreciate having their lobby transaction numbers being artificially manipulated to seem as if the location has more in lobby customers.?

Terrible customer service. My guy has been with first bank for many many years. Recently his bank account had $40,000 withdrawn fraudulently. The bank MAILED an overdraft letter never simply picking up the phone to ask why several transactions were being sent to NYC over a 2 week period. My bank would of caught this on day 1!! They refuse to take any accountability and refused to help out in anyway. This could happen to any of you! We moved our business to Chase Bank. Night and day with customer service and accountability.
