Fatima is amazing, I was mad at KeyBank and took my business somewhre else but I met Fatima recently she provided amazing service took care of my all banking needs. Now I consider coming back to KeyBank and work only with Fatima. Thank you Fatima you are the best out of all.

Fatima runs an incredible branch. I have personally worked through different things with her, Tami, Samira, and Rusul and they have always taken great care of me and helped in setting up my life for success. I would go out of my way to work specifically with any one of them.
