This place does not have much to call home about. It has good items for a good price. There is a clinic inside. Staff aren’t the greatest. This would have been better if the employees have not been on strike for a little while.

Check your receipts,!! My sooper's card didn't take the proper discount off item, and manager refused to adjust price even though see agreed it was wong??? Very odd and highly frustrating enough for me to avoid this store! She was older very short and worked 2/18/25 at 6pm. I ended up waisting more time and going to another soopers and them properly adjusting my receipt by $5

We’ve been shopping at this store for over 20 years. This is the first time I’ve needed to post a review.
At the self checkout stations, this store has the volume so loud. As a customer we can’t mute or lower the volume enough to help. We shop at two other King Soopers in the area plus we’ve been to many other in the metro Denver area. This is the only store that maxes the volume out. I’ve asked the people at the self check out why this is happening. They do not ever have an answer.
It’s very frustrating.

The staff at King Soopers is always very friendly and helpful. thank The cookies that come in a 5-pack have gotten smaller and smaller. I wish they would make them the same size they used to. I always like the music and I really appreciate the great customer service so thank you very much.

Generally, not a huge fan of this particular store with its selection. Some staff too isn’t exactly personable. However, without fail, “Mclovin” Jay, is always there with a smile, quick wit, and conversation. Yet, upper management doesn’t like a name tag on one of their signature employees? A staple of the store, a friendly individual that always provides what this world needs more of, Levity. Thanks McLovin! Hope to see you released soon!
