He's just not there to be a fake, schmoozy salesman. He's there to build you a terrific suit. He'll give you time, answer questions, and provide experienced guidance when solicited.
I hope he soon gets up more pictures of his suits to help you better imagine the final product. I was a little hesitant to make such a big investment based off of a small square of fabric, but I anticipated that the man knew what he was doing and it proved true. Great suit. Very satisfied.
