I am the manager of a facility ran out of Julesburg Colorado. We put in a walker request for one of my clients and fought them for over a year and a half and they decided they would not be filling the order. This company is a joke. Don’t get anything from them! Go to Numotion, they had a walker filled in one week. Never again will I deal with National Seating and Mobility.

0 stars This place is a mess I called them in January when amber and someone else was fired do to lack of work and incompetence… lazy.. I made this order in January I have major heart and lung issues they said they were going to come out never showed up until I called back 4-5 other times in middle march but the guy said he called, he never called !and then comes here empty handed, no parts ,nothing! Just an old skinny man, that said that amber and the other guys didn’t do their job this stuff will be here in two weeks I will come out in two weeks we’ll never showed up , I called for weeks now no calls back nothing they play w my life and if I die as a result this is be ur fault for not providing services promised to us by Medicare /medicaid my next call will be my doctor to take me off your care 2nd I will call better business bureau 3rd ADA for violating my rights as a disabled fraud because I ordered this in January were are the parts and I already posted this patient’s if you see this message don’t go here or major medical they are the biggest problem they are a complete fraud I’m stuck in bed since October no chair I’m not very mobile I get tired and this is not ok my boyfriend said this is abuse of a disabled person because I’m medically depressed from all this it should never do this to special needs people this is really difficult on top of it refused along with major medical they refuse oxygen and tubing if you don’t have money for the co pay I went 3 years w out it they wouldn’t give me the portable electric oxygen concentration after several referrals for one when we called back they said because I had an 180 for tubing I never received electric tubing which I’m not familiar with I get grey and white tubing it’s all about lining their pockets while harming the public and harming the vulnerable the next step will be an attorney n going to the governments w my complaint I want this handled with in 3-5 days no longer this hurt my health my heart my mental health this I bet nobody in the general public knew they with hold tubing and. Portable tanks if you have any balance when your on a fixed income and can’t live this is not easy for low income and income shouldn’t be any excuse for malpractice! Nobody should be deprived of life saving equipment no matter what that should never require any co pay because oxygen and bi pap Cpap life support they are all life supports it should be expensive to breath let’s get it right or I’m going to go to the courts and make it change through mayors legislation and presidents … please change this we deserve better as a nation how are you a business if you don’t show up or call nor do u fix my chair nor did u call like u said u didnt this is dangerous game w the vulnerable we are supposed to be protecting but this is definitely abuse of tax dollars and our vulnerable if you agree like my comments

My dad has a wheelchair that was purchased from them over 10 years ago and now that he's in a nursing home and has repairs that need done they more or less refuse to fix it say he should buy a new 1, that he can't afford. Their customer service is horrible you get a call center to schedule appointments that aren't local to the area. And or on hold forever or no return calls. Guess we will spend money more local at a mom and pop store instead of a corporate company that don't care about their customers.

I've been trying to get a hold of the company for many days and cannot get through to anyone, I've left many voicemails,and have tried everything to get ahold of someone to help me with updating my doctor's new fax number, so we can proceed with the upgrade I've been trying to get for the last three years..
Is this company still doing business? Or am I personally being put on the back burner??
I'm serious, it's been a week. I think they're going out of business, and we all are going to be let down by National Seating and Mobility,

I was due for a new power wheelchair. My doctor referred me to National Seating and Mobility. Dave Jones came out to do the evaluation. My doctor sent in the request for a chair. I got three denials from my insurance because items were because things were ordered that my doctor did not authorize. After eight months I get a new chair but it was to small so I ask for a different chair. The next chair tipped forward and is unsafe but they refuse to replace this unsafe chair. To add insult to injury they charged my Medicare$2280and my United Health Care for $10335. The chair retails for $3694 from any supplier. I find out this company has been sued for Medicaid fraud and paid out 7.5 you would think they wouldn't do this again. Now I have a chair that is unsafe but they refuse to replace it. I will be contacting a lawyer to file suit against this company. This needs to stop. They are heartless and uncaring and their website says your safety is our priority. What a lie. They could care less.

Amber was so helpful. Even though my insurance was no longer in their network , she went out of her way to make sure I got some help somewhere else. She’s a keeper!

I can't say enough about how wonderful National Seating & Mobility has been. Being a double amputee its very hard for me to get around. There team comes out to your home and really listens to you on what you need to live a better & more productive life. My contact Dave in Denver always kept me updated on everything . I highly recommend this company.

Poor customer service, always have to call multiple times to set up an appointment for repairs and even when you do leave a message its hardly ever returned It takes so long to just get anything done through them. This is my dad's wheelchair which is his only way to get around and they are never in a hurry to help. Everything takes weeks or months to get accomplished.

Customer Service & Quick Responsiveness to Giving Call Backs — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️Schedule Appointments in a Timely Manner— ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Accuracy and Detail Oriented— ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Coordination — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall Performance and Experience — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I switched over to National Seating & Mobility after, been frustrated with my last wheelchair repair company.My last wheelchair repair company, was a big company, and I was attempting to schedule an appointment for a wheelchair technician to come out and see me , they told me that it would take three months for a wheelchair technician to be able to come out and see me because of the large amount of clients that these big wheelchair companies.That’s when I called National Seating & Mobility!They give me a more personalized experience, starting with the first meeting or the word I have coming to mind is a “intake process “. That’s where they meet you, and they get to see what kind of person you are, what you like to do, your personality, energy level and ability to use your body, etc. they offer various models and modes of driving , like with a joystick or sip and puff, or a button type of head control system.Some of these bigger companies, can give you a "cookie cutter" wheelchair. Meaning that some of the bigger companies sit you down, Measure you out, and send you on your way.NSM took the time to understand my personalized needs, and to understand who I am as an individual, am I am energetic person, am I still in school or am I working in an office setting. Am I going to be going outdoors a lot, out at night, they asked me what I like to do in a typical day to day setting, what’s my home environment like? Where do I go to school/work and if I’m going to be traveling anywhere? What’s my family and friend situation look like ? You Might think these questions might not seem very important, and “That’s the positive difference “ that set national seating and mobility Above , and apart from the big monopoly companies.They have also demonstrated the ability to work with bigger “corporations “like various hospitals, and they still demonstrate the ability to give top-notch customer service and detail oriented approach, they are always on time to their appointments, and based on my experience with other bigger companies, who may take up to three months for them to schedule a wheelchair technician out to my place, the guys over at “N.S.M” have demonstrated that they will keep their appointment times and it does not take them a very long time, especially when compared to other bigger companies out there who have so many clients that they cannot adequately service, their wheelchairs, etc.Shoutout to the Technician “Dave” over at the Denver office, Thanks for everything Man!I would recommend them to my friends and family.Give them a call, tell them what you need, and Experience the positive time of talking with the Receptionist , who is always so pleasant and personable to our concerns and questions, she does a great job of answering questions and coordinating everything in the office.One thing I would suggest, to Try in Your Lifetime!!Schedule an in-office visit to National Seating, they have a coffee maker with Keurig coffee pods (or tea) for while you wait, if you need to be transferred out of the wheelchair while they work on your wheelchair, just bring one of your trusty caregivers, and your caregiver can help you out of the wheelchair and into a Hoyer lift and then onto a bed while you wait, they are really fast and speedy., That is the emergency responsiveness of the company that they are actually able to offer the service of having you come into the office, and enjoy a pleasurable experience of talking with the technicians, who are always so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and treat you like there friends and then you drink some coffee you get out of your wheelchair for a little bit you lying on the bed with your trusty Caregiver and then they work on your wheelchair, you get back in your wheelchair and drink a cup of joe with the guys ?

Been waiting 3 months for parts on electric chair. Left 3 messages for w/c rep in Florida. No response. He's had the request for 2 months. not even a return phone call from the w/c manager. Update. It has now been 5 months, with nothing being done. This is now beyond being ridiculous. Your automated response is useless. Contacted your team 2 months ago. again, nothing done. I wish I could leave zero stars.

It’s been 6 months since we ordered parts for my wife’s wheelchair and they still haven’t been ordered. Communication with this company is horrible. If you want anything done at all you have to call constantly and stay on top of it. We’re starting the whole process over with another company.

Do not use this company. We have been waiting since February for a product. The person we were working with was very flaky. Gave tons of excuses for why they had STOPPED working on the order. Finally got another person from the company to start working with us only to find the product we were getting had GONE OUT OF BUSINESS in the time it took for them to order it. Well, finally got another product figured out and they took 50% downpayment to order. It has been WEEKS with no word. I have a feeling they took the money and ran. DO NOT USE.Update: I still recommend not using this company as we never received our product after 10 months of back and forth. However, they did credit our card back for the deposit, so there is that.

Very poor service, mishandled my entire order taking 10 months to get an order complete. When finally my order arrived it arrived not working.Very unprofessional from customer service to supervisor to funding to even the corporate office.Find another company if you need wheels for legs.
