“Pine Lane was the only place I was able to find a ornamental grass I needed for a client. Little Blue Stem "Twilight Zone". They almost filled their 1 gal. pot. They were vigorous, healthy, and many to pick from, and fairly good prices. I was thrilled. Ft Collins, Little Valley Wholesale, & Alameda Wholesale didn't have them. If the Wholesale places don't have it the retailers won't. Their overall inventory was awesome. Well organized and easy to find what your looking for. I'll be back!”

“Went for roasted peppers! I did not know they sold hatch chili's here and I've been driving to north Federal every year to stock up.This was convenient and the roaster knows what he's doing! Roasted so perfectly there is almost no skin remaining.They have (my favorite) hot, medium and for the taste impaired, mild. You can also buy them uncooked by the bushel.GO HERE FOR YOUR PEPPERS IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA!”

“This is our neighborhood store, and it's been fine, normally depending on who I can find and how knowledgeable in area of my question they happen to be. Recently we had to replace our washing machine, and after researching online and calling a 'discount appliance stores', which ended up being more expensive than Home Depot's sale price, we just visited our neighborhood store. They were professional and knowledgeable. The washer was delivered 4 days later, and they removed the old and installed the new in 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“One of the best places (and one of only like 4) home improvement stores that exist across the entire country! Which means no matter what I say, I'll be ignored cause Corporate America is about as friendly as a rock! You get 5 stars for utterly being on my device to review at the right time and right place . If I ever go in here though, good chance that would be the last time, cause like everything else I write about, I hate them all and think horrible things should happen, like paving over this place and making it a skate park!! Much better than a gathering place for stuck up rudness from the highland ranchers!”

“Big chains frequently receive bad reviews, largely because of staffing issues and trickle-down effect (issue) related to those issues. I wanted to take a minute to give some much needed praise to the management team at the Aurora Home Depot #1501 and Sedgwick, their claims management company. Exactly one week ago I backed my big ol' pickup truck into a parking space just like I've done thousands of times before. From the view of my backup camera I could see that there was a tree just behind the curb of my spot, what I didn't see was the tree branch that protruded over and into my parking spot...then I heard the sound of glass shattering and knew that could only mean one thing. The very cool all-glass rear door of my extended-height topper must have hit something...but what? I could see the tree a safe distance from my rear bumper in my camera, I was perplexed. This is where the "picture is worth a thousand words" saying comes into play. Either Home Depot or Sedgwick could have said "you backed your truck into a tree and think it's our fault?" Rather, they both saw their liability in the incident and ponied up to pay the roughly $1K it's going to cost me to replace the rear door. Thank You!”

“Today my son and I made purchases at two Home Depot stores, this one on Mississippi and the Pioneer Hills one on S. Chambers. The staff at this store are helpful, friendly and the store provides military veterans with a 10% discount on their purchases. We bought 4 items today. Then, because this store didn't have the toilet seats we wanted, we followed an employees suggestion that we drive to the Pioneer Hills store for them (he had checked stock online). The Pioneer Hills store charged several dollars more for the items we purchased and the MANAGER told us she was issuing the military discount. When we arrived home, we saw they had given my son a discount for one of the 2 identical items. So half a discount, or 5% instead of 10%. We will be staying with the Mississippi store in the future. Better customer service and staff we can trust.”
