“I tried several places to find a really nice rosemary plant for a Christmas gift. I found the perfect plant at Country Fair along with a beautiful pot to put it in. The wonderful sales associate replanted it for me and was very knowledgeable on how to care for the plant. The store itself was very well displayed with alot of great merchandise from plants to outdoor sculptures, decorative rod iron, and more. It's my new go to place for anything to do with plants and outdoor decor. Easy parking and well located at Quebec and Leetsdale.”

During my most recent visit, I had a very complicated order, and Ruth, Bryan, and Robert at the pickup desk went above and beyond to help me. “I visited this location a little over a week ago, but had to leave a review for the fantastic customer service and experience I had. Needing a tool to complete a job I went to the rental department and was immediately greeted by Cici. She was extremely helpful and even took the time to call multiple locations to try and track down the tool I needed. After dealing with a rude associate from another store over the phone Cici was able to confirm where to get the tool and even how to place it on hold as there is was only one location locally that had the tool.
After the great service there I continued shopping and came upon Cynthia in the appliances department. She was such a happy and joyous soul. Although we barely talked about appliance she shared a life story and even showed compassion in regards to what I had going on in life at the time. Our conversation definitely made my day and hope it did the same for her.
Although I ended up not being able to get the tool I needed at the time, my visit was one to remember due to these two young ladies. Thank you so much for the time and excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location for my future business!”
“Home Depot completely meets the expectations of a great building supply store. They have a huge selection of tools, plumbing supplies, electrical materials, hardware, lumber, and pretty much everything you could need for construction or home improvement.
I especially appreciate being able to find most of the materials I need in one place instead of having to visit several different stores. The selection is extensive, the prices are generally reasonable, and the stores are conveniently located.
For contractors and anyone working on home improvement projects, Home Depot is a very practical and reliable place to get the job done. It definitely lives up to what you would expect from a major building supply store.”

“This Home Depot has put together the power team in the nursery. I call them the main four. With them running it smoothly and the merchandisers keeping the plants nice this Home Depot has blown me away this year. Its like a real nursery and they finally got carts over there so basically the prime example for every store.”

“This is our neighborhood store, and it's been fine, normally depending on who I can find and how knowledgeable in area of my question they happen to be. Recently we had to replace our washing machine, and after researching online and calling a 'discount appliance stores', which ended up being more expensive than Home Depot's sale price, we just visited our neighborhood store. They were professional and knowledgeable. The washer was delivered 4 days later, and they removed the old and installed the new in 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“I was moving and had a bunch of items to get last second. John Browning was amazing. He helped me find everything I needed and even found a driver to get a huge pallet down from the top shelf so I could get all my items! I am so so thankful to have asked him for help and wanted to say thank you for the incredible and genuine care and customer service!!!”
“Carpet install was great, the carpet looks great and stairs looks great. I helped by moving 90% of the furniture out of the way the day before and only left a couple larger items that needed to be moved for the carpet installation and the lack of care the carpet installers used on the items that needed to be moved by them was very disappointing. Scratches and marks on furniture moved was simply caused by lack of care.”

“Big chains frequently receive bad reviews, largely because of staffing issues and trickle-down effect (issue) related to those issues. I wanted to take a minute to give some much needed praise to the management team at the Aurora Home Depot #1501 and Sedgwick, their claims management company. Exactly one week ago I backed my big ol' pickup truck into a parking space just like I've done thousands of times before. From the view of my backup camera I could see that there was a tree just behind the curb of my spot, what I didn't see was the tree branch that protruded over and into my parking spot...then I heard the sound of glass shattering and knew that could only mean one thing. The very cool all-glass rear door of my extended-height topper must have hit something...but what? I could see the tree a safe distance from my rear bumper in my camera, I was perplexed. This is where the "picture is worth a thousand words" saying comes into play. Either Home Depot or Sedgwick could have said "you backed your truck into a tree and think it's our fault?" Rather, they both saw their liability in the incident and ponied up to pay the roughly $1K it's going to cost me to replace the rear door. Thank You!”

“I am going to edit my review because, in the end, the tool I left for repair was done within the time frame they said it would be done. Which, ironically enough, was one day after I posted my initial review expressing my frustration and bewilderment.
I didn't care for the complete lack of communication, or the phones going unanswered when I called. And I certainly didn't like the fact that no one seemed to have any clue as to the progress of the repair. But, as mentioned before, the tool was done within the time frame I was quoted, and that's part of the reason I am editing the review I left initially. I am also editing the review because, maybe, I need to focus more on the outcome, and less on the process.”
