“Great staff, always helpful and friendly. Sometimes you walk in and find a real nice batch of something beautiful, sometime you're the first, sometimes you're the last. I don't know which I was this time, but I certainly walked out with some gorgeous Bolivian rosewood(Morado). Can't wait to work with this stuff.”

“I am going to edit my review because, in the end, the tool I left for repair was done within the time frame they said it would be done. Which, ironically enough, was one day after I posted my initial review expressing my frustration and bewilderment.
I didn't care for the complete lack of communication, or the phones going unanswered when I called. And I certainly didn't like the fact that no one seemed to have any clue as to the progress of the repair. But, as mentioned before, the tool was done within the time frame I was quoted, and that's part of the reason I am editing the review I left initially. I am also editing the review because, maybe, I need to focus more on the outcome, and less on the process.”

“GTS was great! I have no experience with plumbing. Delonna and Jeremiah took the time to help me through my issue. We found the best solution and I’m on my way!! Recommend anyone with no experience to give them a try!”
