I love being a member of OTF Southglenn! Friendly staff, clean facilities, and motivational coaches. Classes usually have members with varying degrees of abilities and everyone is welcomed! And I love OTF workouts because they are challenging and the variety of the exercises keeps things feeling new and never boring!

Coming from a fitness instructor background, finding a good class/instructor is hard. I have only taken two classes so far, and both instructors were outstanding! The whole environment was super welcoming, and everyone made me feel very included. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out this location of OTF!!

Gotta love OTF. The Southglenn studio team is awesome and the clientele is great. Can't believe I resisted as long as I did!

Great atmosphere. Great coaches. Great workouts that pushed me more than I knew I could do. I'm 3 years in and still loving it!

Cody, Rick and Caleb are amazing trainers. I lost a lot of strength after going through cancer treatment. The chemo cured my cancer but Caleb, Rick and Cody helped me get my life back! I am forever grateful to them and the wonderful people who go there. Southglenn is a special studio!

This place is the best workout if you’re looking to unplug and just get fit! The coaches are really motivating and I feel stronger now than I did when I started working out here.

Staff needs to work on their customer service and friendliness. An emoyee rolled their eyes at me when I asked a question and another just pointed at a direction without looking or saying anything to me, doesn't really make me feel welcomed. Other than that nice equipment here.

I signed up for the "test" class. Arrived about 23 minutes ahead of time, and was flatly refused to enter, as the stated policy was 30 minutes. It was an absolutely absurd experience, as there is no way whatever was going to happen would actually take the full 30 minutes. The staff was pretty rude to boot. Hardly surprising, I won't be joining.

My friend warned me this would be addicting… She was right! I’ve heard of friends loving OT for years. Tbh, I was a little intimidated and never really looked into it. Said friend got me to finally go to a class with her. Glad I did! This is THE workout. Coach Caleb is awesome! If you want to see what you are really capable of, this is the place. You will walk out supercharged and feeling pretty empowered. Working out is fun again!!!

Rick is my absolute, hands down favorite coach. Today I woke up booked my class, looked at Instagram seen him, heard his voice and thought to myself "Why did I book with him? His playlist is going to suck and this will be a waste of my time!" Oh boy was I WRONG. Now I feel like an motivated, sweaty l**** having had such negative thoughts. * by the time I post this review some time has , but my sentiments ring true

The sessions were mostly good workouts. But the policies are held with absurd rigidity. I was 7 minutes late in a snowstorm, after having to drive my kids across town for school and back. They have a 5 minute policy , on top of a no cancellations within 8 hours, and I was told I was 2 minutes late to join the workout. Nothing else. I PAID for the workout and thought that pretty cold hearted. Why can't I just go get on an empty treadmill and start running? I just paid you $15 to do that and you want me to just accept that I broke a policy in a snowstorm, which I have no control over? So I told them to cancel my membership. I will find another gym for less that isn't so rigid. They didn't seem to really care though. There were other questionable issues in the whole 2 months I had my membership, like getting billed in a month that was supposed to be free and not having enough displays or all displays working even. - Good workouts. Poor customer service. Absurd rigidity on policies. Why add hurdles to people working out like this? For some of us it is hard enough already.

I drove an hour one way to go to a Caleb class since I've heard rave reviews of his classes for years. I was denied going into class because I didn't have a vax card. The biggest problem I had with this is that I wasn't notified about this policy before coming all the way down nor was the class marked as a vaccine mandated class on the booking app. The studio manager, Devan, said they didn't have a phone number for me but also didn't make efficient effort in contacting my home studio for my contact info. After getting my home studios voicemail, they just gave up and let me drive all the way down here to just get turned away and drive home. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication at this studio.

I love everything about this place. The workout was challenging, but you didn't feel as though you "failed" if you missed any reps, or didn't go as fast as you had hoped. You still felt accomplished and the rest of the class, as well as the coach made you feel as such! Would definitely recommend.
