I've been working with Caleb at this gym. Caleb's expertise has helped me make significant progress in my fitness journey. His attention to detail and commitment to my success are truly commendable. With his guidance, I've not only reached my fitness goals but exceeded them. The gym is kept very clean and has all the equipment you'd even need and more. Highly recommend this gym and Caleb to anyone.

I was fortunate to meet Cari at the gym.I have had several trainers over the years ,but she is the best ,no question.Able to keep sessions fresh,with different exercises as well as making sure I have correct form.Her expertise is evident,sessions are challenging…..couldn’t ask for a better experience or trainer.

Caleb is an amazing trainer! He is very knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition. With his help, I have a much better understanding of what diet works best with my body and how my body processes nutrients. I've definitely learned the importance of macros, and sticking to them. The workouts he gives me challenge my body in the best ways, and I've gained so much strength on his program. So far overall I've lost 2 inches on my waist and hips, 1 inch around my thighs and gained muscle definition!

Are you ready to reach your goals?! Caleb D is the trainer to take you on your fitness journey. With the help of Caleb, I have been able to reduce my overall body fat and put on muscle. It isn’t as easy for a mid 40’s guy to get back into shape. Caleb is always thinking of ways to improve my diet and out of the gym exercise. He checks in with me when I am not in the gym and makes going to the gym a challenging fun time. During the covid pandemic, he continues to make sure I am reaching my goals. The dedication he shows to his clients is inspiring. Thank you Caleb.

Caleb is an amazing trainer! Seriously. I was skeptical about getting a trainer at first but It so worth it. He comes up with the entire workout plan for you tailored to what your goals are which is great for someone like me who knows nothing about what to work out, how many reps and what weight. I gained far more mass training under him than I thought I ever could.

Nice facility, good selection of machines/weights, and very clean. I highly recommend Caleb D. as a personal trainer! I've been working with him for almost a year and he has helped me tremendously. When I came to Caleb, my goal was simply to improve my strength. I was sick of feeling week and knew I needed to incorporate weights into my workout routine, but I just didn't know how. Since starting with Caleb I've made consistent, measurable progress while meeting personal goals and I've made more gains in strength than I thought possible. He's an excellent teacher and it's been really helpful to have someone show me how to use equipment and how to lift with proper form. Especially as a woman the gym can be an intimidating place and I'm grateful for all the knowledge I've learned from Caleb.

Caleb Duckwiler is one of the best trainers in the game. “No excuses” is his motto, and he always pushes me to my fullest potential, beyond what I thought was even possible. His workouts are simple and effective, he always holds you accountable, and he’s always willing to answer any and every question about diet and nutrition. I’ve seen incredible aesthetic and physical progress since working with him. Highly recommend!

As someone who dreads the gym and traditional workouts, I discovered the only thing that would actually get me to the gym was accountability with a trainer who listened to and worked with both my physical and emotional (aka difficult personality) challenges. Caleb D. is a true gem and blessing to anyone seeking a trainer who works with you in every way to get the most out of each workout and to improve your overall health while somehow making you forget the “working” part of working out.

Stephanie Mola is no cookie cutter trainer. She listens to my fitness goals as well as the struggles I face when trying to get there. She customizes meals plans and trains to your body /mind to give you the best set up for a lifetime of success. Workouts always kick my butt and I love it. I can always count on her to help with my struggles though the process and she gives me the confidence to overcome them, I feel amazing and well on my way to reach my goals. She is the absolute best.

I work with Stephanie Mola at this gym and can't say enough positive things. After neglecting my health for a number of years, Stephanie quickly helped me get back on track with a meal plan and training schedule. I have trained with Stephanie Mola for the last four years. Within a few months of working with her, my body started to change and my fitness improve. I went from just taking group fitness classes, to adding in weight training three days a week, and found confidence in hitting the weight room floor on my own. My fitness journey started four years ago with Stephanie, and has brought me to being a trainer and fitness instructor myself and in the best shape of my life.
