Their service has always been prompt and shipping times surprisingly quick [though I do live in the same state]. I had an order where a mistake was made [a mix up in the sizing of an item] and their customer service was prompt and friendly. The return process was painless [they cover shipping with the return label!]. My one complaint is their packing; I ordered a full doll from Denver Doll and the packing didn't include cushioning for the item, so I don't know how things would go internationally.”
