On the first visit, he was professional, courteous, and humorous; something that is often severely lacking in today's customer service. His prices are fair and the quality of his work in outstanding. I picked up both pieces of jewelry and he went into great detail about the repairs he made to make sure I was satisfied. I will be taking all future jewelry needs to him and his store. “Didn’t even make a purchase, as I was helping a friend locate a dealer who carried the Nomos brand. Nonetheless, I was so impressed with the service both myself and my friend received that I wanted to make sure it was not only recognized but lauded.Being an enthusiast myself, I was eager to assist my friend in finding his dream watch when he pointed it out to me. So I reached out to Oster as they are one of the few Nomos dealers locally I could find. I inquired with Jeremy about the model I was trying to find and he was beyond helpful; answering my questions and advising me of the up to 3 month wait, which is ubiquitous for this particular piece. I have been fortunate to get to know Yelena through my visits in the store, her customer service and knowledge of the Rolex brand is second to none. During my travels, I have visited other Rolex stores, none of them have watches for sale, just exhibition models. I realize that if I want a Rolex, I will have to wait, but good things come to those who wait.”

“So, I brought my Longines chronograph into the shop to get the bracelet resized. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and paid $15. A week later, I brought my Tudor Black Bay in to get resized and it was $25. What’s with the difference in price? Same amount of links were taken from both watches so why was it more $ to get the Tudor adjusted?Owner- thank you for the info. I didn’t know about the price tier.”
