“Last week I took a pair of earrings that needed to be adjusted, to John Attencio in Park Meadows. At the same time I asked Tracy and Angela if they normally untangled pendant chains & they said yes. I had tried unsuccessfully & thought it was an impossible task. Both women were very cordial & said they would certainly try. Angela & Tracy were extremely helpful & courteous & within a couple days they retuned my necklaces to me, separated. They went over & beyond their job duties & I appreciated that very much.
