Director Mrs. Joyce is a compassionate, love-filled leader who makes every child feel deeply valued and cherished. Her heart for the children and the community is evident in everything she does.
My daughter’s classroom teachers were nothing short of amazing. We are especially grateful for Mrs. Fallt, who was a true gift to our toddler. To this day, my daughter refers to her as her “best friend,” which speaks volumes about the connection they built. Mrs. Fallt’s creativity, dedication, and joyful spirit always amazed us, and we saw how much our daughter blossomed under her care—even though it was her very first preschool experience.
This summer, both of our children attended the Art and Theatre Camps, and we were beyond impressed with the experience. In just a short amount of time, the staff created a fun, engaging, and enriching environment where the kids learned so much while having a great time. My oldest couldn’t stop talking about her art teacher, calling her the kindest and sweetest she’s ever met.
Every staff member we’ve encountered has been genuinely kind, caring, and passionate about their work. It’s rare to find such a nurturing and uplifting community, and we feel truly blessed to have found it in Bethany Busy Bee. “Our family has attended Primrose since 2021 and we have had a wonderful experience. The staff and teachers are positive, energetic and truly care for the kids. I believe my children are being prepared for Kindergarten as well as learning and practicing the social behavioral skills that are so important at a young age. I also love how the daycare embraces a wide array of different holidays and fun days helping bring different customs to life. The facility is clean, breakfast, snacks and lunch are provided, as well as clean linens for nap time. I will absolutely recommend this daycare for your littles.”

“My son has been at the ELC at Bethlehem for 3 years. The teacher communication is always quick and great! So much of the staff knows my son and they all make him feel known and loved. My son enjoys it very much and has learned a lot of skills since attending. They have many safety measures in place. There are also so many community activities to join in on. I have met many other parents and feel like we're actually part of a community. Lastly and the biggest selling point for us, is that Bethlehem shares the Gospel with the kids.”

This center offers a bounty of beautiful, bright decorations, kids artwork and positive energy in each hallway and classroom. Endless gratitude to the teachers who participated in our in house field trip: Alex, Anna, Crystal, Brikelle, Amanda, Lacy, Hailey, Maya, Emily and Cody! The students at this school had a wonderful time acting, dancing, singing and storytelling --they are happy, well behaved and filled with giggles. Director Sarah is always so kind and welcoming, always greeting families with a smile as we walk in the building. That positive energy really sets the tone for the day.
Since taking over, Dan has been incredible. He’s truly hands-on and clearly cares about making this place the best it can be. I’ve seen him doing everything from plumbing, electrical work, telecom work, cleaning outside, hauling rocks, and pulling weeds — whatever needs to be done. But what stands out most is that he’s not just focused on the building, he’s involved with the kids too. One time I pulled up and saw him pushing my son Wyatt on the swings, and that meant a lot to me as a parent.
The entire staff is awesome — caring, attentive, and great with the kids. It’s clear they genuinely care. I’m very thankful for everything they do and would highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and well-run place for their children.”

“Front desk staff/administration are very professional, kind, and personable; incredible teachers that are present and play / interact with the students; ample indoor and outdoor play areas that are safe and child appropriate; excellent communication between staff and families; high cleanliness standards (recently won an award for this!); wide variety of learning skills and lessons throughout the day; spanish and mandarin speaking staff and spanish lessons; special visitors on a frequent basis (magicians, musicians); hours of operation are great for working caregivers (open 5 days a week 7AM-6PM); and most importantly I trust that my child will be well taken care of and have a great time when there!”
“We love being part of the Small World family. 5 years in (between 2 kiddos) & it’s one of the best decisions we have made as parents. We know our kiddos are happy, loved, well fed, learning, interacting with other kiddos & adults, get outside time, & they get the freedom to be kids by dancing/giggling/singing. We love getting updates throughout the day via the app. The staff is the cherry on top, always helping us to accommodate when needed & keeping our kids safe. “We absolutely love FPLC! We have been fortunate for our 3 children to be in attendance here for the last 9mo. It’s a small school, but the sense of community is BIG. Every teacher and staff member is so caring and attentive, and it truly shows.
