“Tracy J. In the pharmacy was absolutely amazing and went out of there way to help me collect on a prescription for my dog. She was patient and kind and helped me with getting pet prescription insurance, so I wouldn't have to spend as much money. Absolutely would recommend going through them for any prescription! “Over there at Genoa Healthcare they are friendly and help me out when ever I need help, they check me in and usually I have to wait only 5 or 10 minute's for my dosage. My longer if they are busy. But most the time if you go over there 2 or 3 hour's after there open, it's really fast check-out time.”

“I went to this pharmacy to dispose of some unused medications. Everyone was so friendly. They were unable to take prefilled syringes but took the time to try to find a place that would. Turns out no pharmacy will take prefilled syringes. Why do doctors prescribe something that is impossible to dispose of? Anyway all of the staff at Palisade Pharmacy were super nice & tried their best to help me. I would recommend this pharmacy on the basis of the care & friendliness of the staff.”
“Upon arriving in Grand Junction, Colorado, we checked into our air bnb then went to the #CityMarket to pick up a few necessities that we didn't pack, just to make our stay and our vacation that we all need so badly perfect.
Walking around the grocery store, of course, we found more than we went in for, but we noted how super clean, fully stocked up it was. Staff were very pleasantand helpful. We found everything we could possibly want or need.
We are looking forward to our stay, this road trip, and having all our family together again, even if it is just for a long weekend, we will take it!
It's actually not been that long ago since we were all together. Just a few short years for our nephews wedding. But it seems like so much longer when you miss being together with the family so much.
I am looking forward to this weekend, and now #CityMarket has made it extra special.”

“Sam's club tire and battery has the friendliest, kindness, most wonderful human beings working there! Mike is one of the managers and he and his compadre Mark, take excellent care of their customers! My tires were basically bald and they were able to fit me in without an appointment, even though appointments are strongly recommended. If there's something wrong with your tire, they will figure out what it is. If you do not need new tires, they will be honest with you, telling you to come back in a month or 6 months or whatever so that you can get the most mileage out of your tires. I will revise this post with photos later but wanted to let anyone looking for excellent service for their tire needs, to be aware, that Sam's Club tires is the place to go!”

But I am particularly grateful to Linda for helping me recently recover a very hefty copay after I discovered that there is a zero copay card available by the drug company- which I did not know about at the time I picked up my prescription. “Greg at Safeway pharmacy has been absolutely amazing. He and most of the team have proven time and time again that they care not only about filling my prescriptions in a timely manner but about how I am feeling on my meds. The pharmacist has gone above and beyond when it comes to insurance issues and will make the necessary calls to get things approved. I’ve tried pharmacies all across town and choose this one as my trusted pharmacy. I feel supported and cared for and I am treated like a person and not just someone picking up my medicine.”
“I have been using Walmart pharmacy for over 7 years and they have a wonderful staff, but due to Walmart exclusion of the dei program. But I just transferred all my prescriptions out to a more inclusive store, and deleted my Sam's club membership. Thw transfer of my scripts had nothing to do with anyone that works there.”

“I went into the cell phone kiosk yesterday 07/13, very frustrated from a previous experience. Mark G made all that dissappear. He is amazing top notch customer service,extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. “Being epileptic some days are easy and some are like your day is a shattered mirror that you have to pick up and put back together at the same time you're living that day. The city market pharmacy has gone out of their way to help me when when my days were shattered. From noticing the bad reactions I was having from medication combinations . To calling in prescription to my primary after I dropped a full open bottle into my toilet. That was an embarrassing conversation. They are the best at their jobs and everybody should use them for their medical needs.”

“I just want to give a shout out to Lisa the manager and Ukaih. I’ve been in there a few times over the last month and Lisa has gone above and beyond to help me. I had an issue with my photos, and the store was extremely busy right before Christmas, but she still took the time to help me get my photos fixed. I watched some crazy people, rude customers, and interesting situations happen while I waited for an hour in the store for my new photos and Ukiah and Lisa were so patient and well composed throughout it all. They are both perfect examples of what top notch customer service looks like (even when rude customers don’t deserve it). You don’t find this everyday, but I think they deserve to be recognized! I as a manager, have high expectations, and they are exceptional in my book!!! I even watched Lisa, tell another associate she was going on break, but she was going to help the few customers first, and also say if it gets too busy to just call her and she’d be right back. Thank you ladies, keeping up the good work!”

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Walgreens pharmacy. I changed prescription drug plans, so I decided to also switch pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens. CVS's hours are short, and they aren't open on weekends. The young lady who helped me was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Within a few hours, I received notification through the Walgreens app that my prescriptions were ready to pick up. I went to the drive-through window, and the same young lady retrieved my prescriptions, and gave them to me with a smile. Highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“I went to this pharmacy a long time ago, and honestly was not impressed, but decided to try it again because it’s the most convenient for me. I AM SO GLAD I DID. They brought in a new pharmacist and no joke, she is AMAZING. Mel made me feel so welcomed, and like she actually cared. Not something I’m used to in a pharmacy setting. Kroger made the best choice getting her in this store, honestly think she deserves a raise already!!!”
