“I've actually not been here enough to know how this Post Office runs!! I'm just used to the one that's located by the fishing hall/games and liquor store Etc. I don't think this is the correct one though. That one has the two absolutely wonderful women who've been holding it down for what feels like centuries now!! “I've been working for Morris Monument for almost two years now and do not yet know how to run the forklift. My boss has tried to teach me, but... it hasn't gone well.David from Central Transport pulls up with a shipment of granite for our headstone creations, and I say, "Yay! You have a lift gate!" since the guys who normally unload trucks are out doing headstone installations. He's like, "Well, I do, but my pallet jack is wedged in a corner". So, then I ask, "How comfortable are you with a forklift?" David happily responds "VERY".He then proceeds to expertly and safely unload the three pallets of granite, moving around work vehicles, other stacks of granite, and engraved headstones waiting to be installed. He accomplished this feat in 10 minutes which would've taken me thrice as long, even offering tips on how to run the forklift.He was very friendly and professional. Additionally, our order arrived on time and in excellent condition. If Google had a 10 star review, he'd get all 10!”
“I've lived in Palisade for 7 years, and the postal workers have always been friendly and helpful. They taught me to use the 9-digit zip code on orders that don't allow a PO box address, and it's worked like a charm. Sometimes letters come addressed to my physical address, and they get to my PO box even still. While I have to clarify with services who ask for my address if they want my physical address or my mailing address, that is true for anyone who has a PO box.”
“This post office is efficient and the staff hardworking. I always have a pleasant experience when I visit. Even when the line gets long, staff works diligently to get people out quickly. “Very nice staff and store. Fun gifts and goodies inside too. One thing I’d say would be useful in a customer service respect is knowing things like UPS taking shipments from your store all the way to Commerce City to sort even if they have a closer destination which ultimately causes a much longer shipping time than needed. So FedEx Home Delivery might be a better option based on that. Something for you to consider for your customers in the future. UPS stop wasting gas.”
