“Called to let customer service know that the shippers gave the wrong shipping address and needed them to update the right address to save everyone headaches, especially their driver! The shippers wouldn't fix the issue but the gentleman at the Fedex customer service (I'm pretty sure his name was Cory) was able to solve the issue and was very professional! Thank you!”
“Our regular driver is amazing!!! We own a gun shop and she's always super attentive and makes certain our deliveries are brought to our shop located at the back of our property. We've had problems with substitutes and we've had HUGE problems with USPS but from my experience i can say that if you communicate with your driver and don't ask for anything super crazy (like walking your dog or scrubbing your toilet, or leaving the package on your 3rd floor balcony) they'll typically be great about it and remember for each subsequent delivery/pickup. Just don't try to call the office directly. Its a nightmare.”
“The mail box unit was left open on 29 1/2 Rd, Grand Junction CO, 81504. Thankfully we were out for a walk and got our mail before anything could’ve happened. We tried to report the issue, however, was led down an infinite phone tree and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Terribly irresponsible to leave mailboxes open like this.UPDATE: they called back and came to close the box. Weird it was open in the first place unsupervised.”
