“The mail box unit was left open on 29 1/2 Rd, Grand Junction CO, 81504. Thankfully we were out for a walk and got our mail before anything could’ve happened. We tried to report the issue, however, was led down an infinite phone tree and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Terribly irresponsible to leave mailboxes open like this.UPDATE: they called back and came to close the box. Weird it was open in the first place unsupervised.”

“Five stars isn't enough for the incredible team at this The UPS Store. I arrived feeling a bit overwhelmed, juggling a hectic workday while away from my usual office. Seeing my stress, the staff stepped in with genuine empathy, offering me a table and Wi-Fi so I could get my tasks under control.
What really touched me, however, was the human connection. Noticing I was new to the area, one of the employees shared their favorite local spots for treats, turning a stressful work afternoon into a warm welcome to the community. It wasn’t just about logistics; it was about the kindness of strangers. They turned a 'to-do' list into a great memory.”
