“December of 2024 I was on a roadtrip from Southern California to Colorado Springs. While on a stop for gas in Grand Junction, my partner put the car in reverse instead of parking, causing my door to get caught on a pole and bend backwards. The door was not able to shut after that and we had no clue what to do. After hours of trying to close the door ourselves, we decided to find an auto shop, and came across this business. Though they were about to close, they very quickly helped us with our issue that had caused us so much stress and worry - free of charge. “The guys from Ace Towing really went above and beyond for us. They recovered my wrecked vehicle that had frozen items in it. I was just going to leave it overnight and hope for the best but when they got my car back to their yard they unloaded all the items that needed to be put in the freezer and put the items in their freezer overnight so nothing would spoil.
