“December of 2024 I was on a roadtrip from Southern California to Colorado Springs. While on a stop for gas in Grand Junction, my partner put the car in reverse instead of parking, causing my door to get caught on a pole and bend backwards. The door was not able to shut after that and we had no clue what to do. After hours of trying to close the door ourselves, we decided to find an auto shop, and came across this business. Though they were about to close, they very quickly helped us with our issue that had caused us so much stress and worry - free of charge. I would recommend this business to anyone, they really do care about people! Their kindness is something I will never forget.”

“The guys from Ace Towing really went above and beyond for us. They recovered my wrecked vehicle that had frozen items in it. I was just going to leave it overnight and hope for the best but when they got my car back to their yard they unloaded all the items that needed to be put in the freezer and put the items in their freezer overnight so nothing would spoil. “I can't say enough about this place or the people who work here. Their prices are reasonable and the employees are great...I was traveling and needed a fuel filter or I couldn't continue due to the fumes from the raw fuel and my safety. They by the grace of god had 1 bmw and it matched up perfectly. Louie pulled the past from the old car for me and I had to replace it right there in the parking lot. It was 110 outside, I had no tools and they let me use whatever they had available. After 3 hours of frustration Louie at the end of his day, had the fuel filter back in the tank and I was back on the road. No more gas fumes ??. A huge thank you to Louie and the whole staff. I recommend them to anyone.”
