I have been with this bank since its beginning as AFBA bank. Always great personalized service provided to me. They have a variety of products from checking, savings, IRAs, CDs etc. Ellie and her staff take very good care of my family.

Terrible customer service steer clear of this bank. I submitted a business loan application to them two months ago and instead of giving me and my client a preapproval or decline they drag their feet and kept promising that they would have a decision next week. So we waited and didn't apply anywhere else while they worked on ppp loans instead of this business loan. Ralph completely wasted two months and even said the loan was approved then it was declined the same day by the committee. I've been a loan broker for 20 years and this is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had from a bank. I will never take another customer to them and advise you to steer clear as well.

Takes 3 days for a mobile deposit to get accepted and then a few more days for the money to be actually put on your account. Just a very unsatisfying bank - Inconvenient

Very frustrating when you look at the website and it lists that their open and then we drive clear across town, because the other 2 locations are closed and this branch is closed, but the website says their open. This is three times this has happened, not just on holiday weekends, once it was some kind of meeting. Maybe its ti.e to find a new bank!!!

Regularly neglect to tell me of any issues arising with my account. Most recently, while I was OUT OF TOWN my card was shut off without any type of notice. No email. No phone call. When I called to find out what happened they just told me "oh we were supposed to tell you that." - yes, I know. And you didn't. This is getting annoying. Will be putting my money into a new and better bank.
