Dan refused to help me load money on a card. He said he's not allowed to after a certain time. I've been leading money onto my card every night after my shifts for years. He told me it wasn't just his location and it didn't matter where I went. I honestly wouldn't have been as frustrated if he wasn't so rude about it. I'll still come to this 711 unless I see Dan.

I arrived on-foot today about 13:00 for a quick coffee with my bookbag, which store employee ‘Lillie’ asked for me to leave at the door. She said they have been robbed lately. I asked to leave my bag with her, because I wouldn’t want to put my bag near a door in a store that had been robbed. She refused to hold my bag for a moment while I went to the coffee, as she ‘would then be responsible for it.’ When I explained to Lillie that I would not want to leave my bag near a door if robbery is a possibility, she became belligerent, threatened to call the police, and then told me I could contact the franchise owner. I asked for the franchise owners’ information and she said she didn’t have it. I also explained that the police likely would not come for this sort of issue, as I am obviously not robbing the store.I understand that life is difficult and it’s not my desire to make Lillie’s life any more difficult than it might be. However, asking customers to leave a bag at the door of a store that has theft issues fails logic. And a franchise that allows a store employee to become belligerent has really lost touch.I’ll be following up with 7-11 corporate to lodge an issue about this franchise.

Worst store manager I've ever encountered at any 7/11 and I frequently use 7/11 as my preferred store as I travel, among the 38 states I've traveled this location is the most poorly managed store I've ever had the displeasure of visiting and as such I have already contacted the health code administration and the better business bureau as well as your corporate offices. If necessary I will find others who have had similar issues with store management. The store cannot properly succeed If the manager is not up to the task of fulfilling his obligations and responsibilities as store manager. I will be continuing to contact every service until he is no longer at this location and if need be I can easily get many other witnesses to make testimony against his negligence as a store Manger. I suggest if he is not fired he be demoted and put through more effective training as he imposes his few physical duties over to the other employees oh and not too mention he broke a window by throwing a shop lifter into the door windows as it is my understanding once the suspect leaves the store it is unlawful for an employee to give pursuit so you could technically end up paying a lawsuit to a theft bc he mishandled the situation but not only that cost the store money in damaged property I discovered this from talking to someone who witnessed the event take place they even have it partially on video so probably expect it to show up on tik tok or youtube.

Literally every item I purchased was priced wrong. Paid about double the marked price to move the line along. None of the 7-11 rewards items were discounted to the advertised price. Cashier was helpless to help. Even though she could see the marked prices she didn't seem to have the ability to correct the issue.

So I came in this morning like everyday January 12 2021. But it will be my last because you have a new manger that has a ego problem. I Bought 2 breakfast sandwiches 2 waters buy one get one free and 4 cans of chew but was charged for a 3rd sandwich and after the manager looked at the valid sign saying buy one get one free he couldn't even do simple math and still wanted to charge me double and when I respectfully asked for a manger because I didn't feel it's fair to get Ripped off for $5 all he could do is keep screaming he was the manager and 5/6 credit card transactions later I want to thank 7-eleven for understanding that why I will be disputing my credit card charge and I will add a picture of my breakfast sandwich that I was charged for something I wouldn't feed to my dog thanks can't wait till circle K opens back up

You should replace the fat spanish looking lady. I will never return to this store. She acts like she doesn't want to work there, you should oblige her. Before someone does it for you.
