Complete jerk of an attendant was smoking RIGHT at the door. I asked him to please move so myself and my kids could enter without walking through a cloud of smoke. He got upset and said he's not doing anything wrong. Then he proceeded to say his restroom was out of service (despite no sign saying so) and so we had to go elsewhere and also did not buy anything.

I came in to use the bathroom. I was in the restroom and someone started banging on the door shortly after, rushing me. When I gave the key back I asked who that was hoping it was just a random customer but the bald guy who was working the counter said it was him. I told him that was not ok and he threatened to shove the baton the key was attached to down my throat. Currently still reeling that this just happened to me.

When its 730am you could at least keep decaf available or regular fresh coffee instead of tar thats been sitting for 3 hours. Course the foreign nationals dont care about Americans only there money.

While I understand wanting to protect underage drinking, scanning my ID is digitally intrusive. I will never purchase anything from this store again or any other 7-11 that has the same policy. FYI I am over 50. Also not nice that the homeless person's dog continually barked at me as I walked into the business.

Homeless are a serious problem!!!! The clerk does nothing after I've asked him to several times. I do NOT feel safe visiting this location ANYMORE. just tonight 2 were cracked out and hanging out inside the store and 4 more were hanging out outside the door asking for money. I used to go here 3+ times a week. I will not go here anymore thanks to the store's problem to get them to stop hanging out in and outside the store.

The staff doesn’t even know what they’re doing Diane took the call You didn’t even know if they’re allowed to take orders over the phone they wasted my time after I placed an order bad business I’ll go to another 7-Eleven before I ever go here again garbage employees. Dina was the manager on duty that made this wonderful suggestion and made this happen for the customer. Thanks, Dina. And great job training your employees that don’t know what to do this all could’ve been prevented
