Me and 2 of my friends went here at about 2:30-3:00am New Year’s Day. I don’t know what older lady was working there, but she made it a point to tell me that “she had a panic button and that cops would be there in minutes”, and that she “wasn’t afraid to use it”. Now I would have understood if I was there for 10-15 minutes and kept looking up at her, but I had literally just walked in to the store, and went straight to the drinks because I knew what I wanted, I had not been in there for more than 30 seconds before she decided to say what she said, and when we asked if she was talking to us she said “it was for anyone in the store,” but we were the only other ones in the store. We then left straight after she said that feeling very frustrated, targeted and stereotyped and we were gonna leave everything alone, until we got to the door and she said “that’s what I thought,” like we were actually about to do something in the store. It came off very unprofessional and rude.

Needed change for the air machine but she couldn't open the drawer unless I bought something. Not getting down on the owner just the lady that worked there this morning. Ain't got time just like I ain't got time to be complaining buy sometimes you gotta say something less evil persists.

This place is closed at 8:21 in the morning, with no sign or proper reason to be closed. They don't have proper pricing on yheir products, which is illegal. Only on worker will have food ready to go. Need new management or ownership.

i gave it a one but it deserves less every time I stop at this store after 11pm there is a sign on the door that says system is down or stocking cooler and I have waited 45 mins to no avail I don't get home from work until 11 to 11:30 I don't stop anywhere else as to this one is close by I won't be stopping here anymore I'll take my time and money elsewhere

Your night clerk accused me of stealing because he doesn't understand mobile checkout. I've had issues with him twice now but this time involved yelling and threatening me. Seriously reconsider his employment. I've got the receipts for what I bought if you want to have a conversation.

I went here to buy cigarettes yesterday around noon. I gave her a 10 dollar bill. She told me she was trying to put it in the safe but it wouldn't take it and if I would mind waiting for a sec. She helped a bunch of other people. She stopped to "try" the safe again and I guess it didn't work. I asked her if it was fake and she commented that it felt thin. I asked if I could see it and she wouldn't let me touch it and proceeded to help a couple more people (she didn't give me the cigarettes either). After 5-10 minutes she tried the safe again and it worked, of course. She was acting weird and I don't think she was having issues with my money, she was having a power trip. I didn't really appreciate that..

This place is just a convenience store with no fuel service. The staff here are atrocious. There is a restroom except for the public cannot use it. They have a sign on it says no public restroom. This evidently means that this place is so janky that they don't even allow the public to use the restroom. I strongly believe this location should close the door if it's not going to allow a restroom or have better staff. I generally do not leave zero star well in this case one star in this exception of the poor treatment that the staff gave I'm going to have to leave a 1 star review.

I like this 7-Eleven. It is very clean and organized. The employees are always outgoing, nice, friendly, courteous, helpful and the atmosphere is awesome.

It is 2023 and this is 7/11. I have never been told at a 7/11 thy the restroom is not for the public. Unreal. Not to mention that a woman, who’s first name starts with a “B” was extremely rude and unnecessary aggressive. Just horrible energy all together. Nope!

For the last two months, I’ve been having an issue at this specific location with a specific employee and my card. Every time I went in my card never worked while they were working. This was odd Considering every other time a different employee was there. I never had an issue. So I inquired to two other employees that I knew of so the owner would contact me. However, someone decided to mention it to the employee I had issues with, and this morning she tried to confront me and made me feel very uncomfortable to the point that I felt harassed. I’ve been coming to this specific location for about six years. I’ve never had this issue with any other employee that works here. Since nothing has been done to fix the situation. I’m hoping that this is brought to the owners attention.

Making this comment as a reference so I don’t come back here. Walked in on 08/27/23 at about 2:20pm when most 711s are you know… open. I was greeted by this fat Mexican B**ch who came out the bathroom accusing me of ripping her door open bc she didn’t lock it properly and I was supposed to notice a little sticky note that said “be back in five”. She said “you must’ve ripped it open really hard cuz I locked it”! Literally used almost no force lol
