Witnessed a general manager belittle and reprimand an employee for not making chicken for her husband when he visited earlier that day. It was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I understand she was explaining to him they can always make chicken if a customer ask for it. But doing it out in the main area with customers and loud with no regard for her tone nor attitude was gross to see.

Male sure u count your change!!.. the thieves will steal your money right in front of you.. they literally have call centers in their country dedicated to scamming Americans... Twice already they tried giving me the incorrect change.. first time it was 20 dollars which I definitely noticed and this time it was 2 dollars which I didn't realize until I left the store.. they are hoping that ppl leave without counting their change.. always check.. these ppl hate this country but yet so badly want to live it

Luis was excellent, he is very polite and friendly, And he made my pizza for me. I love 711 food specially the pizza. So great experience in this store!

Only used the bathroom, it needed paper towels and Toilet paper. A scrubbing with cleaning products was necessary.

Literally just went there and the buddy couldn’t even give me my change back. I gave them five dollars for a roll of paper towels and he literally just put it in the drawer and closed it and looked at me like I was stupid. I think the turban on his head is squeezing too much blood pressure.

Store clerks are too stupid to bag items. Ask for a bag and they hand it to me while they just sit their. No wonder they are 711 clerks. They also talk about their customers in front of them just not in English... Met rocks with more potential than these employees.

Nice and clean and well stocked. Staff is good and friendly, but not going to talk your ear off. Always quick service and they are very patient with needy customers or the late nighters if you know what I mean lol. They are doing a great job considering location, bravo ? ? ?

The sodas are hardly restocked in the fountain area. There's NEVER ice coffee when I go to get some. NEVER EVER get to put my rewards in because the guy who works the afternoons won't let anyone do it. He just wants to get the customers out the store. The horchata was watery and I wasted money on something they refuse to restock I'll walk the extra distance to the other seven eleven for drinks like this
