My computer had stopped working and Buddy resolved the problem by installing a new Hard Drive. He was able to clone everything over and I was relieved to know that I did not loose any files, pictures etc. He also took the time to show me how to remove programs that were no longer needed.

Buddy at Aplus is just wonderful He repaired my Toshiba Laptop very quickly and super economically He updated Windows and increased the speed. It works great! All I had to do was "Plug and play" Thank you so much

UPDATE: As of May 8, Aplus has yet to "reach out" to me, so clearly they never intended to. Another strong indicator this company is NOT trustworthy.Of most importance is the fact that due to another outage, I had to purchase a refurbished replacement, but it also shut down. Luckily, the vendor is an honest company and sent me another, as we learned the culprits were my PC's cables and some peripherals that were damaging the motherboard. So, Aplus was taking my limited funds instead of solving the issue with my PC.-----------------------First experience was fine, but the second was not. I was not given advance notice for what I was charged, and had no idea of the problems with my computer because I wasn't told or given the opportunity to approve the work or the additional hardware he charged me for. Nor was I given advance notice of the trip charge. As a female and disabled senior on a very low fixed income, I was totally taken advantage of. Then I was saddled with lots of work to set up my pc, which I totally depend on, to where it was before it was "repaired." And recently learned lots of my files are missing and need to be reinstalled. I truly thought I could trust them, especially as an older single woman. So disappointed.RESPONSE: Hint for customer search, Mr. Mondragon: Customer# 3541UPDATE: The problem I experienced when I first contacted Aplus presented itself again on Monday the 14th. Dead. I struggled with placing my trust in any computer repair shops after what I endured with Aplus. Finally was forced to sacrifice part of my savings to purchase a refurbished pc and a recommended SATA USB bay. Waiting for delivery and can only hope this works out for me.And Aplus has NOT reached out to me in any way, even though there is nothing they can do to restore my trust in any vendor in Colorado Springs. As a single woman, I've been burned once too often in this community. MY ADVICE? Stay far away from Aplus!

Computer powering on but nothing registered on the monitor. Buddy was able to get it checked out quickly and work around my schedule to get it back to me in a timely manner. Turned out the mobo was defective and he even offered to check out if the other components were functioning. Professional, personable customer service and communication.

Computer was having trouble logging on to any network. Brought it in and it took them from noon till 4:30ish just to reset everything and clear out all the updates. Charged me 80$ for that plus a 64bit external gig stick and 1 week later my computer is still broke and so was my wallet

Had my mother-in-law's computer "repaired" here. I was away at college when it was getting repaired. When I returned, the computer was in worse condition then when she brought it in. Studying computer science and having repaired numerous computers before, I got my toolkit out to see what was wrong. They broke two plastic pieces on the inside of the case including one on the hinge, didn't replace a screw, and broke plastic clips that held the screen together. When I took it back in, they said "oh well we would never let an item leave our shop looking like this." I told them it did, they took a look at it again, then blamed it on cheep Chinese parts and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. What an excuse for a computer repair shop. Buddy, the main sales rep, is very non-committal and doesn't want to tell you the truth. Take your computer somewhere else or to a place where they will warranty their work (Geek Squad, any other authorized service shop, etc.). Another issue we got when the computer was returned upon "completion of work" was that the camera no longer worked. Buddy said it was a Windows issue. I installed new drivers, and went through everything that could be the issue within the operating system, firmware, etc. Had the error code read by an IT tech at my company and he said that the error generally means the camera module itself has a damaged cable or damaged solder on the board. If I wasn't at college, I would have just fixed this computer myself and never had any of these issues. Please never use this business or give them the benefit of the doubt. Reviews from 4 years ago say the same thing and the reviews are every bit as relevant now as they were then.

I really appreciate the prompt service I've received at Aplus Computer Support. It was really convenient to have Buddy dial into my computer remotely to see what the issues were. Some he fixed immediately which got me up and going. Other issues, I made an appointment a few weeks later to take care of. He did everything he said he would, he was very easy to work with and the computer was ready when promised. He also gave me good advice about some issues I was having with cloud storage. I highly recommend working with Aplus and Buddy!

Im writing this review as an IT professional. Today, I took apart a co-workers friends laptop as she was having issues with it. She took it to Aplus a while back and got some work done on it. After inspecting the inside of the laptop. I was very surprised to see how bad the work was and that there were missing screws inside. I half assumed this place was no longer in business but I guess im wrong. I just hope whomever worked on this laptop is no longer employed at this company
