This is a review for the APP only. I would give AAA service and drivers 5 stars and have always been happy with them. However, the app, keeps saying to review (when I have already renewed). Will not let me sign in (unless I am at home on wifi). The APP never has a box to check for the situation I am in, so I always have to check something, hoping it will work and it always causes confusion for the tow truck driver. Love AAA, think the APP is horrid.

I had hail damage in July 2023 by mid November I called the shop. I had received ZERO communication from Krista Young my adjuster for months. She always lied that she left me voicemails. Never got one.The shop told me AAA was totaling my car. I tried frantically to contact AAA to understand what was happening.I was never answered. Out of the blue I get a letter 2 days before Thanksgiving from Shelly Van Zant threatening me with storage fees and demanding the return of my rental carAbsolutely NO PAYMENT or any information regarding what I would get was ever forthcomingThey actually removed my car from the shop and sent it to auction without paying me a dime.How can I shop for a car without knowing my payout? How can live without a rental vehicle while trying to replace my car?I paid hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket to survive.I escalated the matter to senior management. They paid me lip serviceI finally purchased a car on 12/4/23. Today I get contacted to resolve my issue. They are so clueless and lazy. They had no idea I ditched them 2 months ago!

Triple AAA used to be such a great service. There is no customer service anymore. Billing is wrong - can't talk to anyone about it. If you need roadside assistance, must use the app (which doesn't work) and they have our account wrong. Horrible service. Do not recommend to anyone.

Called in for a lock out at 10:40 p.m. Received a callback at 11:16 stating they would be here in 15 to 20 minutes. Wanted confirmation that I acknowledged their approx arrival time. 11:39...after repeated calls to them to find out what's going on, they kept assuring me a supervisor will call me back while they find "THE DRIVER". I spoke to at least 3 different operators that continued to read the script on how to handle a customer left in the cold for hours. ARE YOU IN A SAFE LOCATION?, SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK... The second operater PRETENDED TO GET A SUPERVISOR AFTER ME CONFESSING MY FRUSTRATION ,she then TRANSFERED ME TO PHILIDELPHIA TO JUST ANOTHER REGULAR TAKE THE INITIAL CALL PERSON. YOU HAVE COMPLETELY FAILED ME AND LEFT ME IN THE COLD TO DIE...YOU ARE A NO CALL BACK, NO SHOW AS I STILL SIT IN THE COLD AND FREEZE IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING...SOMETIME AFTER 2 A.M. NOW...HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO CALL AN AFTER HOURS TOW COMPANY. $160 . AAA ON DECEMBER/13& 14th, YOU HAVE PROVEN YOURSELVES AS USELESS TO ME.EPIC FAIL...BOOOONO STARS

I have been a AAA PREMIER member for several years. Tonight I got stranded in deep snow on the side of a hill in a residential subdivision in Florissant CO. I submitted a roadside assistance request aost 3 hours ago and have gotten no help. I have received multiple robo calls stating that due to high service demands in my area my request is still in cue. That is a lie. Finally, after calling AAA 800 # 4 times a live person finally called me to tell me they can't reach their contracted tow company in Woodland Park and all service providers in Colorado springs are busy with police calls. When I became upset he told me he was sending the state patrol to do a welfare check. This is not going to change my vehicle being stuck in snow and not going to get me out of the freezing cold. I paid top dollar for their top level of coverage and the response to my situation is totally unacceptable. I have very serious doubts about renewing my AAA membership after this.

Jessica at AAA helped us with our car rental needs in Japan from finding it all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle large enough to fit our group and all of our snowboarding and film equipment. When I had a question about one of our reservations I had left her a message on her phone which wasn’t extremely detailed but it was enough for her to email me back with all the information needed without having to call me and ask/reask any of the questions I had left on the message. Was extremely professional and kind as well. I highly recommend booking any of your travel through AAA.

Agents will block the entrance to your establishment for half an hour and yell at you when you confront them about it. Large guy with the blonde ponytail with the AVS E06 plate on his truck is a complete whack job.

AAA provided the most abysmal travel booking experience. My mother and I elected to use AAA to help us in booking a trip for added convenience and ease. Instead we received terrible communication, scams of credits, and horrific customer service. We ended up loosing hundreds of dollars and the agents ignored attempts of communication. I had intended to try to use our deposit but after the death of my mother I couldn’t fight this company any longer. When I never heard back months into dealing with their disorganized errors I gave up.AAA uses other travel agencies to book flights, cruises, land reservations, etc.. This means if something gets changed or canceled they cannot refund you because it’s another party. You are required to not only book something within this third party it has to meet various requirements (you have to spend X dates, in X time frame, with limited locations). Even if you pick something within the requirements good luck getting an agent to help you out. They know they already have your hundreds on non refundable dollars so why bother.I usually book my own travel plans. As I was traveling with my mom I had hoped AAA would aid in creating an easier trip. I would never use their travel services in the future and warm any and friends of their shady practices.

Got this service for some peace of mind, but now I'm not feeling great after a wreck, and I'm three hours into a 90 minute wait being told it will be longer. Stuck here worried about not being able to get home because by the time I get my car towed it will be too late to get an Uber. Tired. Hurting. And loving this service. In town and considering walking home as it might be more reliable.
