Well, I'll give them credit for answering them phone. The ladies who answer the office are polite and attempt to be helpful. However, I ordered a gun safe from Cabela's November 16, and paid for their home delivery service, which this company apparently is tasked with delivering. It was supposed to be delivered November 20.They claim they don't deliver that far and can't get a semi to my mountain home. I've contacted them and Cabela's, and it's been over a week with no communication as far as WHEN they will deliver my safe, which is currently sitting in Colorado springs.Pretty much all I get is excuses, claiming it's on Cabela's, and Cabela's says it's on them. How wonderful. Maybe I'll get my 1000lb gun safe in time for Christmas?Not pleased

Was told on August 8th my item would be delivered on August 15th.On August 14th received a call saying my item is in Denver and would arrive on August 16th. I live in Colorado Springs.On August 16th received a call saying my item would be delivered on August 17th.On August 17th received a call saying my item would be delivered sometime next week.Not sure why Amazon, even uses this company.

Finallyyyyyy! A company that makes moving less stressful. I moved 12 hours across state lines and received my items as promised, in the timeline given. I intend to use and recommend Upack. Ps this is not a paid promotion, I am simply thankful for a company that does what they say they will do.

Best drivers we've experienced. Our driver was super helpful and very professional. Reading some of these reviews is kind of disappointing knowing that these drivers have to maneuver around this city with these absolute HORRIBLE drivers speeding everywhere and cutting people off, I take my hat off to these drivers. Good job people! Keep doing a great job and thank you for being so professional and courteous. Will always hire again.

Our experience with Upack was great! It was one of the few thing's extremely convenient on our move from Colorado to Texas. Their prices are super competitive, way lower than PODs or Uhaul. The drivers in our experience were very friendly, professional, and skilled drivers. We moved to a neighborhood with narrow streets and we were impressed with how both drivers (drop off and pick up) navigated parking the truck. Some times it takes me a few turns to get out of my driveway in my minivan and these guys gracefully maneuvered this giant semi with no problem or extra turns! The one and only problem I had was the Dallas call center was hard to get through to. If someone doesn't answer in time it just bounces you to a different person not necessarily in the same department so then you get transferred and the process starts over. But I appreciate that there was no automated system, you always get a real person. Thanks Upack for the great service!

Words cannot describe my utter frustration and disappointment with ABF Freight. They were hired to transport two garage doors from Colorado to Ohio. One of the garage door panels was severely damaged (metal buckled/bent; metal backside was punctured). Per the shipping instructions, the garage door panels were to be shipped on their sides and not stacked (per manufacturer). When the panels arrived via ABF, the delivery driver opened the back of the semi-trailer and we saw that the panels were laying flat and were stacked on top of each other. Since the panels were individually wrapped in cardboard, the damage was not clearly evident at the time of unloading. However, upon the removal of the cardboard, the CHI certified installer immediately noticed the damaged panel. To create the amount of damage inflicted, the garage door panel had to have been dropped, dragged, or shipped improperly. Since the damaged garage door panel is part of the CHI Shoreline series with carriage overlay, they won't just replace the damaged panel. They are saying that all three of the bottom panels must be replaced in order to ensure that the grain and the overlay matches up. Now I have to waste my time writing this review and filing an insurance claim. A few months later... the insurance agency declared the garage door as a total loss and is reimbursing me everything but the $500 deductible. While ABF did reach out to me on the matter, they basically did nothing to rectify this matter (lost $500 because of them). In conclusion, based upon my shipping experience with ABF, I strongly recommend avoiding ABF Freight as they don't follow shipping instructions which resulted in damaged/ destroyed goods.

Today- August 31 2022- Your driver nearly ran us over at a stop light when he got impatient and turned right in front of us and not left like he was signaling. We were in the right turn lane and he was halfway in the left turn and straight lanes on Meadow Lane and Austin Bluffs in Colorado Springs, CO. He also almost hit oncoming traffic when he turned on a red light. The number on the back of the truck is: 420182And the license plate is an Oklahoma plate and the number is: 6156KLWe don’t appreciate near death experiences and this driver shouldn’t have been putting anyone in danger. He also wasn’t on a truck route.

Upack is for you if you are one that desire to save money and have a simple transaction. Be diligent to check the end date as it may vary by 7 days so plan ahead if you need to have a specific drop off date. Locations may vary with availability. We were recommended not call a month ahead and the transaction saved us so much money and time!

Very unimpressed. We called 24 hours in advance to have our filled trailer taken the next day. They didn't come and we called. They would come the day after. Okay. We called again early the morning of the agreed pick up. They'd be here before 8pm and and call beforehand. Come 8pm, no call. And the office is closed, despite a person on the phone saying it was 24 hour service. That was a lie. Went online and discovered that it was marked as being picked up. Awful service, 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
