I love Ace compared to a big store like Lowe’s or Home Depot, but this specific one is just not worth it. The employees seem to not care or try very hard. They are not all about customer service like every other ace I’ve ever been to.

Came in on a Sunday morning for a few things and noticed the staff was unwelcoming and did not even offer help. The older gentleman ‘greeting’ at the front makes you feel like an inconvenience to him and his day. Weird vibes. Also, prices were a little on the higher side compared to Lowes, Home Depot, etc. . Will not be returning to this store. One and done.

A man named Ron helped me the first time I came into the store and now, I look for him every time. He is helpful, knowledgeable and just a nice person. If I was still in Retail Management I would have hired him immediately. Good choice with employees, We love Ron!

“Tools are non-refundable” she says as she hands me my receipt AFTER I purchased a pruner. Had she said that before, I would have left. I actually never shop at Ace. They’re at least 10-20% more expensive on most things but today, I was looking for convenience. That’s just what I get for not wanting to go to one of the bigger chains. Anyway, I won’t give anymore business to Ace. If this is the route businesses are going to go in where they have weird return policies, it’ll be their downfall. Also, no one is really pleasant in there. Not a single acknowledgment from any of the employees I passed.

First time at this location and it’s now my go to. They had exactly what I needed. The girl Nevaeh at the register is so friendly and had the best customer service. Great location.

I needed help with a few things & the gentleman I ask was so helpful & very kind. Not only did he take the time to help us find everything he gave us tips on how to make it work .Young people are so rude these days it was nice to run into a kind & helpful young man

I went in needing a special attachment for my sink faucet and Chase listened to what I needed and got me the part. He explained all the steps to install it too. I'll be back because of him!

I had a genuinely great experience. Chase Rosza I believe his name was had help me find the correct plumbing supply’s I needed. I didn’t realize what I grabbed was for a different system all together! But he kindly guided me to the correct parts and educated me on how they work and what to expect! Thank you Chase, I’ll be coming back!

I called with a question and while talking to the man, he hung up on me. He seemed to be upset that he couldn’t help me, or answer my question so instead of telling me that, he hung up. Very unprofessional. :(

This location is great. I can always find what I need. The employees are super friendly. Neveah assisted me and she was so nice. Best Ace hardware in town.

Ron helped me find a specific bolt I needed, I was worried it would be difficult to come by but he was able to find exactly what I needed very quickly! His friendliness and know-how were much appreciated.
