I recently used Allied Van Lines to move from Denver to Tampa. I was overall please with the very good communication and customer service and safe and timely delivery of my belongings. I had mostly boxes with just a few pieces of furniture. One dresser was completely destroyed in the move, but in all fairness it was an Ikea dresser and I knew I was taking a risk moving it long distance. The driver actually pointed it out upon arrival and I would have been fully compensated, but the value dresser of the dresser was less then my deductible. I also had one item unaccounted for when we unloaded the truck. However, I was unable to determine what was actually missing or if it was actually missing or just missed on the list, since everything went into a storage unit. I'm taking in to account all the things that can go wrong with a cross-country move and still saying that I'm pleased with the service from Allied. I would recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

We had a good experience with Allied and Coleman. Their representatives, the driver, and the movers were all very professional. The move across country was well coordinated and completed with excellent communication.

We used Coleman to pack us and move us from Colorado to Florida. The crew was great. They were efficient and professional and the process was seamless. We used their storage for a few weeks until we closed on our home. The delivery of our furniture was slightly delayed but my moving coordinator Skylar kept me informed throughout the process and followed up with me after to ensure all went well. We are pleased with Coleman.

Everyone throughout the process was very patient, professional, and kind. The estimator was awesome. Janet gave a very precise estimate within a half our. She forgot to quote a crate and called me immediately to let me know. She had the updated estimate to me within an hour and the estimate is exactly what I paid in the end. The coordinator Skylar was also amazing and maintained excellent communication before, during, and after the move. She called multiple times during the load and unload. The drivers and movers were quick! A couple of items were scuffed and one item was broken. Skylar was quick to get my claims process started and let me know to reach out if I needed anything else. Overall very happy. This is my first time using a moving service. My advice is be organized and prepared because this group arrives ready to go. Very impressed.

A wonderful job! All my stuff arrived, no damage, nothing missing. They took apart & rebuilt furniture, nothing broken, missing, or damaged. On both ends, the guys who packed & unpacked were great to work with! I did a lot of cost & value research before moving across 2 states & choosing my movers…they are definitely the most professional to work with & I would definitely recommend.

Allied moved me from Denver to Iowa at the beginning of April and everything went great. Every person I worked with along the way treated me very well and my belongings inmade it safely across country. I would use Allied again!

Really good at creating contracts protecting their ability to get paid. Our furniture was held hostage on the truck until a cashiers check was handed over to the driver. Not so good at moving stuff undamaged.

We have moved many different times and this has got to be one of our worst experiences with a moving company. I recommend never having them store your belongings in their warehouse. So many of our things were covered in bird droppings, that I hope we don’t come down with bird flu and our things were only in their warehouse for two nights. One of their packers must not like to wrap items in paper, as quite a few boxes had our things dumped in a boxes with no protection. My list could go on, but it’s Christmas Day and I need to go clean and sanitize our household items.
