Don’t even know where to start with this store ? the service and management is one of the worst I’ve seen, and worked for :// Went above and beyond for this company just to be told I was “refusing to do my job” when my helper for Delivery team had quit, and they had scheduled deliveries and expected me to get them done with no help? Still managed to do the deliveries I could, until “store director” Curtis Timms called his GM just to tell her I was refusing to do my job when he told me he would “re-schedule the deliveries” but just because one of them was his “friend” he wanted it done? But the days before he did not care and told me that he would figure them out? Plus he’s like 45+ years old tryna get w his 22 year old assistant manager ??(had plenty of insight on this from assistant manager) and had plenty of customers when out on delivery told me how much they did not care for his service. This whole company will send out corporate training videos on how “much they care bout there co-workers/ employees” , but really don’t :// and demand you to do the training ?? ? ahh appreciate all the customers I got to help and take care of!

No 24hr schedule call. Called them 24 hours after the order was placed. They dont actually deliver. I can be refunded all but the appliance and then go to a 3rd party website to reschedule and repay. Kathleen offered to have a manager call me when they were off the phone. I called back an hour later. Manager was off the phone but wouldnt take my call because they were trying to work it out between them and their 3rd party. I repeatedly explained I have 0 fridge and autistic 2 year olds that NEED milk. That the only rrason I purchased from here was the next day delivery. She kept raising her voice or overtalking me because i didnt just say sure. I tried to call the national number to cancel... theyre now closed. I dont think ill be taking possession of the appliance. Im out $1000 and my babies still have no milk.

Kathleen sales lady was knowledgeable and great to do biz with! Buying and delivery was a smooth process! This couch was perfect for smaller living rooms! Two months later NO REGRETS!

The selection in American freight furniture mattress and appliance store was phenomenal today top notch service from Curtis couldn't have been any better I just feel like we were five stars or south inside a photo you want to do one of these together.

We made an order for a loveseat and single seat, stating repeatedly that we only need enough seating for 3, and what we ended up with was seating for 6. The lady who sold us the furniture did not tell us she was adding another 3 seater and she set up our financing to include this other piece of furniture that we never asked for. Now that we have it, they are saying it's our fault. I don't know how it's our fault, it was their mistake! Not only that, but we had to pick up the furniture using a uhaul because their shipping people are no longer with them. This has been a huge hassle, and I have NO idea what we will do with this huge package we never asked for. I feel scammed and my husband and I are very upset. They would not take back the unopened package and refund us.

I went to look for a sectional and had found one that I really liked. I had asked for a sheet with the full price that included and ottoman and sectional as well as a protection plan. I was fully ready to buy the couch out right that night and leave with it. However the price that was on the display of the couch was 1599 the 349 for the ottoman. When we were brought the price sheet it was 500$ more than what we had priced it out to be. When brought to the sales person attention, we were told the price must have gone up and it was no longer that price. In front of us she was very sternly spoken to with a very annoyed tone from the I'm assuming manager who said they would not honor the price they had displayed and if wr wanted it we would be paying the price in the computer as if it was our fault that they had not changed their display. I was very upset at this as well as how how she was treated. Not only is it wrong they wouldn't honor that price but we didn't deserve this service.

Kathleen I came in only to look, the furniture was nice and very reasonably priced. I was showed around by Kathleen. She is very patient and she makes sure you’re as happy as possible with all the decisions you make. We changed our mind about 8 times and she never once changed her attitude. They also have a program that helps you buy now and pay later.

The delivery people made my experience with American Freight a 10. Vincent and Julian were fast, friendly, thorough and a pleasure to be around. They worked so hard and truly care about their customers experience.
