Adele was incredibly helpful, kind, and just an overall professional when it comes to customer service. She definitely made the whole process so much easier than I was expecting. She provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in awhile. So far my new mattress has been amazing. Finally able to wake up without back pain for the first time in a year or so.

Our sales consultant was exceptional! I’m a retired sales manager and this young lady wowed both my wife and I with her kindness and professionalism. Adele was an amazing person to work with. We have already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

Rob helped me picked the perfect mattress. The buying experience was relaxing and so easy. Then, Garrett and Andre delivered my new mattress and bed frame. They were so respectful of the house and my belongings. The set things up and explained everything to me. I couldn’t be happier!

Long delivery times, 4 to 5 weeks. No communication, always feels like I get the run around. Store associates are nice but service after is deplorable.

Had an issue with my shoulders after sleeping, very pleased with my cloud pillow. Have not woken up in pain anymore. Service was friendly and pleasant.

I ordered a Nectar mattress and Tempurpedic pillow from this store on Dec. 28th, 2022. I paid for delivery of the items and haul away of my old mattress. I was told 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and was told it was coming they would call me. I waited 2 more weeks... no call. I waited until Jan. 31 and tried to call. The phone number for the store no longer works. I called another store and was given a personal cell number of an employee. I called and that number went to voice mail. I called the other store back and was told they would look into it. I did not receive a call back until almost 8 pm that night. I was told there was nothing they could do because the owner was out of town in Las Vegas, and that they would call me soon. No call all week. I waited until today Saturday, February 4th and tried again. Stores phone still does not work. Again I am given another cell number to call. Told there is nothing they can do because it is SATURDAY. 2 hours later my mattress shows up on my doorstep delivered by UPS! SO, I got the mattress but still no pillow and I have paid $109 delivery/ haul away fee for nothing.

Just received our mattress and base. Everyone from the sales associate to the delivery drivers went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. Definitely recommend to others!

I was there on November 12 and purchased a few pillows. They didn’t have them in stock so they said we could order them and they would be delivered in 2 weeks. We are now at December 12 and no pillows. They said due to Black Friday, everything is backed up. I get that but we were there two weeks before Black Friday and according to them we should have gotten them before Black Friday. We spent over $400 on pillows and they still haven’t even shipped them. There is no excuse for that kind of customer service. They didn’t call us to let us know, I’ve had to call them to check on things. I would avoid them at all costs!

My first contact at Snooze Mattress was with Brandon who was super helpful! I sent a message via chat and he called me back quickly encouraging me to come in and take a look at what they had. My husband and I were a little weary of decisions, as there's been so many decisions made for remodeling our home after moving here a few months ago. Brandon was very patient with the MANY questions I had and even loaned me a side sleeper pillow to test out over night. We came back the next day and Brandon was not working, so Randy helped us finalize our decision on Stearns and Fosters mattress and gave us a great deal! He took the time to do a pressure point map for my husband though it was busy in the store. So excited to try our new mattress very soon! Brandon and Randy made the decision process stress free and easy. Thank you so much to both of you!

The sign on door said Saturday close 7pm. Was there at 550pm and the sidewalk billboard was up against the door. If there were signs of life inside, I couldn't see them. Added a star for owner outreach and given that I can't rate service or products.

The customer service from the time you buy to the time the mattress is delivered is top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful every step of the way. I will be recommending Snooze to all my friends and family. I came here because of the 5 star reviews and now I’m leaving one myself. Thank you!

Incredibly nice staff and everyone was very helpful. The dream mapping technology is cool and they have a custom pillow machine. I tried a few beds and I think I'm going back to buy one. It seems to be a great price and high quality.
