They sent way too much of the 2X2s and no instructions for some of the little pieces. Otherwise when I called they were very nice.

I wish they would get paperwork filled out correctly and turned into the insurance in a more timely manner. I am happy to see that they are hiring more nurses in Colorado Springs. Their nurses have been overworked for a while.
