The lack of communication from this bank is beyond frustrating, especially given they are closed on weekends so you're stuck waiting if you ever have any issues outside of a weekday.

I’ve never had an account with this bank but a bank is only as good as how they conduct business. Their management team set up 3 separate interviews at separate locations, introduced me to the team, and proceeded to offer me a start date, as to which I cleared my schedule, but the next day they sent me an email, offering no explanation, claiming they had decided to go in another direction. As a community bank who claims to put its people first , I would expect a lot more. As a community bank you guys should be going about your business with respect for all people involved. Very disappointed, especially coming from a “community bank”. Conducting interviews is fine, expected. Introducing me to the team, offering me a start date, and then proceeding go in another direction without a single exploration is simply unethical.

Do not bank with ANB Bank. They do not hire people who know what they are doing. I have been a customer for years and disputed a charge abs they could not get that right. Out of a disputed charge if 254.00, I got back 54.00 and they said I won the dispute. When I called to complain the customer service rep and supervisor didn't seem To understand. Then I asked for a call back from the supervisors manager and I was told she would call me that day. Of course that didn't happen. Stay away from this business. Choose any other bank!!

Called ahead about notary services, and spoke to Nico who was very friendly. Once my husband and I got to ANB with a fat stack of papers for an out of state housing contract Joseph offered right away to help us get them notarized. He was extremely patient and answered any questions we had. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Very pleased with my experience. I have been banking with ANB for about 10 years and have never had a poor experience at any of the branches around town.

Don't understand all the negative reviews. Every staff member I've interacted with has been so friendly and efficient. They've also taken great care of my elderly mother - English is her second language and they've always taken their time with her and have gone above and beyond to assist her with any issues. They have my full trust and confidence for my banking needs.

DO NOT BANK HERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU A REASON WHY. MONEY WAS MISSING FROM MY ACCT THE DAY AFTER I OPENED IT WITHOUT ME USING MY ACCOUNT TRYING TO TELL ME IT WAS FRAUD AND NEVER REPLACED IT.

The people here are very rude and act like they work to hard to acknowledge someone standing in line for 15 minutes while there's no one in there . This place needs an attitude adjustment asap . I would not recommend banking here with a bunch of grouches

Nida, Michael and Alexis always greet me with a warm welcoming and by name! This location is all about their customers and definitely go above and beyond to personalize every experience that each customer receives. The staff really control the good energy here, and it is always appreciated! I love this ANB location and am grateful for having setting up an account here!

I called this bank thinking it was 1st Bank. When the bank teller couldn't find my account on file she hung up on me. Still not knowing it wasn't 1st Bank or the teller knowing that I was with another bank until after the second concerning phone call was made, I called back and was hung up on by the second completely different teller after the teller found out that I wasn't one of there customers. Customer or not, this is not how you treat people especially when your at work. Very unprofessional in this line of work. I wouldn't want to risk being a customer at this bank when they treat me as a second class citizen at the door. Sent by: Rocketman
