Excellent service. Mr. Cruz performed the annual maintenance/tune up on my 3 garage doors. He did a great job, checked and tightened all bolts, grease all tracks; tested the sensors, making sure all doors closed and opened properly and smoothly; and checked safety sensors working properly. The price was great for $99.88.
