If you catch their sales you will be able to find good products at a very convenient price, however I don't think their regular prices are all that great. You will most likely find something you can use because it is a large store and pretty well organized. Nice personnel

All the employees smell like weed. And both times I’ve been here a homeless person has run out the front door stealing something. They actually have some good stuff though. Don’t steal from a thrift store yo. That don’t make no dang sense.

Cashiers are nice, most . Saw a desk that cost 500.00 sell for 39.99. Someone got lucky because furniture slipped up

Showed up yesterday to shop but there was so much loitering in the parking lot I didn’t feel comfortable getting out my young children and going in. We could see inside from outside that there was so much to see and possibly buy but there wasn’t a way I could take the chance. I will check back again to see if the lot and surrounding the store will clear out.

This particular Arc thrift store used to be my all time favorite thrift store. Everything was well priced and well organized. I would come to this store EVERY Saturday for the half off sale. I was all about it. Then, prices slowly began to increase. But I kept coming to half off day. However, in the recent months, it has been absolutely miserable to shop here. The reason being, they make an announcement every 3-5 minutes about what is on sale, check out the mattresses and the bathroom is locked. I am NOT exaggerating. Every 3-5 minutes they make this announcement that takes several minutes to finish, even though it’s the same guy making the announcement, it seems he cannot make it quickly and be done, he will breathe into the already entirely too loud intercom. The announcement is hardly finished before here he comes making it again. I have complained about this in the store as well and nothing changed. I am sad that I can no longer come to this store to shop and relax. If you have any sensory processing issues, do not come to this store or you will be clawing your eyeballs out after 15 minutes. Even my earplugs don’t drown it out.

Overpriced donated items. This place is not eBay so don’t charge eBay prices. Especially with electronics that weren’t fully tested. This company is getting super greedy with the prices. If I want to pay eBay prices then I’ll do it at the comfort of my home, with a 30 day money back guarantee. It also smells bad, like an old must. The bathroom are gross too. This store really went down hill.

Nice shop but it would be nice if they put more people on registers then 1 when 6 people are in line.

For all the thrifty people out there, this is a good spot. Found a good selection of cheap items I left with, and I tend to come here when clothes shopping.

This was my second trip to the ARC. My grandkids were with me. They both loved the toy department. This was Saturday and the place was buzzing with customers, but everyone I talked to was cheerful and friendly. Children's clothes were in amazing condition and the prices were low as well. I got my grandson about 10 t-shirts with funny pictures or really cute sayings. The check out line wrapped around the inside of the store, but it went past shoes so I kept shopping while waiting to checkout. My daughter was running one of the registers so the line moved really fast. (Bragging just a little.) I have to mention the housewares department. They have so many cute thingsas well as practical items. I even bought an old fashioned flour sifter!

I am really irritated that prices are so high anymore.Especially knowing that items were donated. The last few times I've shopped there the prices were the same as they are at Walmart. I remember a t-shirt used to cost $1.99.Now I'm seeing $12.99!!The overpricing is ridiculous!

Great place for items for the house, holidays or even events. The ark has a lot a interesting things, can just get lost looking around if you wanna just get out. It's like a giant yard sale and most the prices are reasonable. Saturdays are the best times to go that's when they run the best sales

Terrible from the employees to the products, overpriced, and rude employees from the time I walked in to the time I left. I guess they only like rude old bags of dust to shop for them.

Fantastic thrift store. They offer half off most everything on Saturdays. The rest of the week it's one color on sale for 50% off. The store was completely packed when I went, and there was a line that wrapped around to the middle of the store to checkout. Despite that though checkout was incredibly fast because they had all hands on deck and we're flying through customers. All in all I think it took about 10 minutes total to checkout from the longest line I've stood in in a long long time.

I love this store. They seem to have a really good selection of clothing in comparison to other stores. Not as big of a home section as other stores. 50% Saturday's is always worth the crowds. Once a year they do a $.99 all kids clothing sale. Great time to stock up on jeans. Now that my kids wear adult clothes I miss this sale but this was my haul for my nieces and nephew this year. Seriously you just can't beat a buck for clothes so I got several sizes in hopes that they have clothes for the full year through all growth spurts. Store is always clean and staff is friendly.
