First off a huge shout out to Diedra at Arhaus. The staff at briargate complex was friendly and amazing at their job. Everything went smoothly at the store as we bought quite a lot of items via several transactions.We worked with Diedra and Linda who were knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service.However the delivery experience was nothing short of absolutely terrible. The delivery and the warehouse staff don’t communicate at all and the system they use is a nightmare.After confirming the delivery would not take more than 2-4 days once items were available at the Denver warehouse we were given a delivery date about a month away despite majority of our order being ready and available to deliver. Plus the delivery staff had no clue how to handle the delivery given the separate transactions. We kept getting called by different people who said they couldn’t deliver about 40 pieces of furniture since 2 items on the list were not ready to be shipped. They said “the system” did not allow for a delivery until all the items arrived. We were quite furious and disappointed about not being able to get anywhere with the delivery system and ultimately I reached out to Diedra who talked to her manager and made a delivery truck out to us earlier than initial scheduled delivery date. The delivery, warehouse and the store are three different systems that don’t communicate with each other. It took us several calls to make the delivery happen. Given furniture delivery is the core of any big furniture store this was a disappointing experience .Ultimately things worked out but after a lot of effort which is not what I am used to with other furniture stores. Also,hats off to the delivery guys who took care of our huge order. They were kind and patient and definitely short staffed that day. Two delivery guys were sent for all the furniture we bought (which was a lot) with no names on any of the furniture pieces so the delivery process also took all day.Sorry to say despite the phenomenal staff at briargate and the exceptional service provided by the delivery guys assigned to this job,given the experience of scheduling the delivery was such a nightmare we might have to rethink another purchase from Arhaus, atleast for big furniture pieces. This is definitely a disservice to the amazing staff at Arhaus and hope this feedback is taken seriously to change things around for a better customer experience.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would in a heart beat. I ordered a beautiful sectional from them in June 2023 and paid in full at the time as they required. This came to over $9,000.00 dollars. I was promised delivery Sept 20, 2023, which was a long time but we go to a summer home for 5 months so the sectional would arrive 1 month prior to our coming home. This is from June to Sept 3 months. Well that date came and went with NO word from them at all , no email, no text, no phone call. Finally in October I called them and they informed me they were having trouble getting the fabric they offered me. One piece was made but they were waiting on fabric to make the other pieces. I informed them, that they had no contacted me in any way to tell me of the delay and they said they were sorry. I asked to speak with their manager and was informed by her all the same as above but now the arrival date was set for Nov. 25. I of course was not happy but what are my choices. Money back maybe but I have waited now 5 months. Well you guessed it Nov. 25 came and went and no word from anyone. I wrote them an email asking for a reply to my same asked questions, NO ANSWER. So today I called them Nov. 29 and guess what I was told , same as above I'm sorry. One piece is made (still) and my new date is set for Dec. 20. This company has the Worst customer service I have evert experienced and I am 74 years old. Their product is nice but I will never ever ever purchase any thing from them ever again. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY regardless of what state they are located in.

Very disappointing: Found some beautiful counter stools for our new kitchen for $399 and told the salesperson we'd be back in a week after our countertops were installed. When we returned the stools were now $599 and they would not sell them for the originally quoted price. Another staff member told us--with a snobbish air--that prices were set by "corporate"--despite having a salesperson's business card with the original price on it. Their "high end" branding seems to overshadow genuine customer care.

Do not go to this location. They do not know what they are doing. I wanted to sign up for the interest free 1 year promotion for my $$$ furniture order. It was taking a long time and we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. They told me not to worry about staying and they would handle the credit card app process part. About three months later it turns out they applied for a 6 month credit card and 1 year credit card. Meaning I know have two different cards. The manager tried to help clear things up and apologized before being transferred to another store. I received rewards cash I didn’t use because they told me I’m not eligible for them since I only did a one year card. However, I now have two cards. They left me with a huge credit mess. My advice is…do not let them help you with the credit app. It was a huge lesson learned over here.

It is a high end furniture store. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The sofa we lopped sy and purchased was perfect for us. Highly recommend

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Arhaua. The initial sales process seemed promising, as they assured us that they could meet our delivery timeline. However, once we made the purchase, everything went downhill. Not only did they fail to deliver our items on time, but they also provided misleading information just to make the sale.Communication was virtually nonexistent, and we were left in the dark regarding the status of our order. Despite our attempts to reach out and seek clarification, the customer service was shockingly unhelpful and unresponsive. This lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable for an upscale furniture store.I would strongly advise against shopping at Arhaus, as their deceptive practices, poor communication, and abysmal customer service have left us with a regrettable experience and a sour taste in our mouths.I’d rate a zero if it allowed

I read through the reviews and I'm wondering if ya'll shopped at the same store as I did? Communication is awful. The sales rep charged my card before reviewing any of the charges with me and what the total was. I should have cancelled my entire order after that happened, honestly, but decided to keep the couch and chair. Then, I reached out today to find out when my furniture would be delivered (they told me on July 19th, when I reached out to find out the status, that it would be here by Aug 10th), and they casually told me that it was delayed until the 18th of September. I understand that things take time, but no one has communicated with me even once, without my reaching out first, since June 15th. Meanwhile, I ordered the rest of my furniture from Restoration Hardware on June 27th, and not only have I been updated weekly, but 75% of my order is here already. Geez, even American Furniture Warehouse updates me with my orders from them. I will never ever shop here again and wish I could just cancel everything at this point and buy my couch and chair somewhere else.

Cathy Henriques is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever gotten to work with. She has a good eye for color and dimension, and is willing to look at what you already have and recommend pieces that will complement and round out the room. She is willing to go the extra mile and I’m so grateful to have had her help on what sometimes feels like an overwhelming project- furnishing a home! So happy with the tables, benches, chairs, and rugs she helped me select. Thank you Cathy!

Staff at this location were excellent! Emily, their interior designer helped put together a few plans throughout our home and Kathy helped us pick out a few different pieces. The entire staff was welcoming and assisted in setting up financing. Could not speak more highly of this location. Will definitely be going back!!

Cathy has been exceptional since day 1! We furnished multiple rooms and she helped every step of the way. There were some items that just didn’t work well once we got it all delivered, but Cathy helped make sure we were highly satisfied and helped with the return of a couple items. She’s quick to respond, and if she isn’t available makes sure you have someone to quickly talk to, and very friendly. Highly recommend asking for Cathy when you go in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dear People interested in Arhaus- One of the secret bonuses at the Colorado Springs location is Deidre Robinson. She is very experienced interior designer and I was lucky enough to be directed to her. Because I felt she could understand my style, I went from room to room finding the excellent Arhaus furniture that fit it and over the course of my many months renovation, I got the furnishing that will elevate and comfort me for years to come. Deidre has solid and extensive knowledge and has held my hand when I needed it as well as given me space to make choices, that without her help, I would have been quite uncertain about. And she was able to help from a distance as I am in New Mexico. If you have a chance to work with her, I highly recommend the inventive and thoughtful service that her fun and lively personality will give to you. With Gratitude!

The showroom and staff are nice. However, the furniture is overpriced for what you get (see photos of particle board). The “white glove” delivery service is outsourced to Ryders. The crew that arrived broke the coffee table, was rude, and dropped the remaining furniture off without leveling it.Arhaus requires 100% payment prior to delivery (unlike other furniture stores that require 50%). The accounting department was threatening us with collection for a mistake they made (they processed refunds for the broken table and a piece we kept).Stay away!

My husband and I purchased a new home and needed a full house of furniture. I was dreading the shopping, as we have very different styles. Our design consultant, Shelly Canady, has been amazingly helpful. We made a large initial purchase, and as the house has come together, we have purchased other items. Shelly has been super helpful with the design and functional aspect of our furniture. My husband loves the comfort and quality, and I’m in love with the design aspect, and how well the furniture blends with our other eclectic pieces. The customer service is top notch as well. There is something for every style here, especially if you and your partner struggle with agreeing on a piece.
