Went to the s. Academy store to buy a phone after leaving the 1610 Cheyenne mountain Blvd store. Waited at the Cheyenne mtn store along with two other people and never got acknowledged by the employees.Short answer:1610 Cheyenne mountain Blvd store-SUCKS6530 s academy store-Pretty good

Today I walked into this AT&T so that I could purchase a new tablet behind the desk set a man name Simon. He decided to ignore me when I walked in and then when I asked him about a choice of Tablet that I wanted he was extremely rude. However, I had also brought a tablet in that I wanted to connect, he rudely threw the Sim card at me after I asked him can you put it in he put my Sim card in and then looked at me when I was asking him About bill payment I have never been treated so rudely just for that I might go to Verizon

Service representatives were rude and nonchalant. Also didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in or left, just a smug look.

Kind of what to be expected. The staff is kind and helpful. They have a great selection of phones and the staff is very knowledgeable about pretty much every phone. I suggest of you need a new phone or even a different carrier, come here and see what a switch. An do for you.

I had my phone stolen, Maximo was very helpful setting up all my devices. You should give him a raise. He was an awesome help!! However, later I went in to the store and Abbey would not help me in anyway. Strange since I was told if I had any issues just to come back in. She told me to go to the Apple Store. She needs some customer training.

What a nightmare this place is. I’m not even sure it is actually affiliated with AT&T. I went in because I was getting a large amount of emails asking about my AT&T information and my accounts and I do not have any services with AT&T and asked some j*** if he could help me and I stated I was getting emails and I don’t have any services with AT&T, he started denying it was even possible that it was fraud because AT&T doesn’t send emails to customers and they were fishing emails. I asked him to cross check the account numbers that were included on the emails and he got very upset that I didn’t take his word for it immediately. He got pissy and started to pretend to put numbers into his tablet and kept saying; no those weren’t possible, it’s too long, that’s not an account number and I need YOUR phone number. I didn’t believe him but I left anyway thinking it was just some weird coincidence and they were just phishing emails. I get another email this weekend and I finally got a person on the phone with AT&T and sure enough my name and a very close address we’re listed to an account and someone had made an account in my name. The person on the phone was very helpful and helped me make a ticket to the fraud department. Don’t go to the store on 1645 Briargate PKWY, its almost as gross and poorly put together as the person I spoke with at this location and it didn’t appear to have any walls, just ply boards thrown up against concrete. If I didn’t know any better, it would seem that the person who helped me that day was on the fraudulent parties side.

1-4-23- Visit AT&T store, 1610 Cheynne Mtn Blvd, Ste 160, C/S, CO, spoke to Cary. With our current plan of (4) cell phone lines, we're currently paying $167.36 before taxes, with taxes $194.09. We've been customers of AT&T since 2005. Cary told us we had an old Legacy plan & that if we update to the new plan & set up automatic pymt & paperless billing, we could save money & receive a $40/mth discount with automatic pymt. So we set up automatic payt from our c/card that day, 1-4-23. Cary would back date the auto pymt to Jan 2nd, the start of our billing cycle. Cary states our new bill is $160.00 before taxes. I received an email 2/7/23 from AT&T, they are drafting my c/card 2/10/23, amt of $224.88. Called Cary 2/9/23 & he told me he couldn't assist me, told call AT&Ts 1-800#, I asked for his Manager. He said Manager is Frankie, but he's not avail. 2/10/23 AT&T drafts my c/card $224.88. On 2/11/23 I go to AT&T store, at 7965 Fountain Mesa Road, speak to Anelis. She states she can't assist me with a $40 auto pay credit, told to call 611. I call 611, speak to Melinda. She insisits that I need to go back to the store to get the credit. So I conference Melinda in with myself & Frankie, store manager at Cheyenne Mtn. Both of them state we were mis-informed & that the automatic pymt discount would not go into effect for 6-8 weeks. This was never told to us by Cary at the time of the change. We expressed we were long term customers & that since their employee mis-lead us, we felt that a company as reputable as AT&T would be willing to re-imburse the $40 that we were never told we would be charged on our first billing cycle. Melinda & Frankie both refused to assist and stated their hands were tied. We asked to speak to somone higher up who might be able to approve the $40 credit and we were told there isn't anyone else we could speak with. Avoid AT&T - they are not reputable, their employees are not trained and they definitely will not assist you after THEY make a mistake. Taking my business elsewhere!

We just went there with a very complicating scenario and Taylor the new store manager and all the employees were actually very helpful. We spent hours there getting what we needed done figured out. They were very patient and step by step. Not to mention they were all very kind. I haven’t been to an AT&T store that was actually this helpful with us before it was for sure the best AT&T experience I’ve ever had!

This will be a short review:Even though I didn't buy any products or services, the assistant manager Sage was able to help me out. She informed me of decisions before I made any and was honest. I appreciate her efforts and patience with my questions. I do recommend coming to this AT&T location.
