I went in to trade my unlocked 13 pro for the 15 pro. I specifically asked if I would be able to load an overseas eSIM and if the process was easy. I was told yes. Flash forward 1 month, trip coming up. I try and I find out my phone is locked. The employee lied. And the only thing I can do to fix it is pay it off. But I’m out of pocket for my iPhone 13 Pro. Possibly the worst service and experience before a trip. I called them even and was told I was out of luck even tho their employee told me I could do that.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, this is not a Retail AT&T store, this is an authorized dealer. Because of this, I have been going back and forth about a billing issue that has YET to be resolved. I ported over 5 lines to AT&T from T-Mobile back in June. I had to ship one of the phones to my son who is stationed in Colorado Springs. He came into this store to trade-in his old device due to a promo credit I was promised and they took his phone but never issued the credit or provided confirmation. The device was given to an associate named Christopher F. on OM Register 2. I have been battling about the unapplied credit with AT&T Corporate only to find that the issue is linked to this store which is owned by Mobily, NOT AT&T!!! My son came back into the store regarding this issue and I was working with the manager named Brandon to receive the credit. Well that was back in early October. I was advised that the credit request was submitted but that back office was behind in issuing credits and eventually after going back and forth, I was told I would receive an update in 2-3 weeks. Well that was back on 10/11/2023. I have yet to receive a credit & Brandon has not provided an update. Since then, he has also moved to the Fountain location which I did not find out until I called this store but I was assured that he would still handle this issue since his current store is owned by Mobily as well. I have also spoken to the new manager, John at this location who was supposed to be contacting Brandon and I still have no resolution or credit. So at this point, I am starting to believe the original associate stole the trade-in and I am going to have to go through Mobily Corporate, file a dispute through AT&T Corporate and/or make a police report. This is insane that I have been getting the run around for this long! Yet, I am still being billed and expected to pay the bill! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!

I always dread going into the AT&T store as I hate buying a new phone. Unfortunately lost my phone and I stopped here to get a new one hooked up. Brandon and Halima were amazing. Both were friendly, patient and kind. Turned an errand I had been dreading into a great day :)

I commend Bruce at the AT&T Store at Prominent Point for providing outstanding customer service. I entered the store in search of a replacement mobile phone and Bruce provided me his undivided attention as he walked me through several products. As a young person attaining a college degree in computer science, Bruce was a literal technical expert helping me with my purchase and transferring data to my new phone. It was a pleasant experience entering the AT&T Store at Prominent Point.

I've been having issues for months with my bill (service charges, unauthorized lines etc) I was finally able to get a breath of fresh air with the help of the manager here!!! He resolved all of the issues and i only had to explain my situation once. Many thanks to these guys!

My wife and I stopped by the store to ask a simple question about our account and the team of employees there were awesome. They answered the question which will provide us with a very beneficial network benefit. They then worked to get us into a better plan for less, that had some hiccups, but they worked through a long process to success. Their customer service, friendly and supportive demeanor are all very much appreciated. So to Nate, Brandon and Josh, thank you, again, for taking such good care of us.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am slow to upgrade my phones, so after my S9, this S23 is a little different and I like it, and I'll get used to it!!
