Still the next day the carpeting was soaked. They took everything out - dried - sanitized and detailed it. When I got my car back it looked and smelled brand new!”

“We had a fantastic experience at Karle Coachwork! Ours was a rather complex repair from a car accident, with a great deal of damage and a lot that needed to be replaced, plus a fairly complex multi-layer "white pearl" paint job. We couldn't be happier with the results...the vehicle looks good as new, absolutely flawless repairs and paint job. Body panels are aligned well and look original. Paint matches perfectly. Everything is functioning as it should and we haven't had any issues since getting the vehicle back.
The process took longer than we were quoted and that we had hoped, but Chris and the team did an excellent job keeping us updated throughout the process and setting expectations about timeline even when it took longer than expected. It seems one just needs to expect that auto body work is going to take a long time. The team is friendly and knowledgable, and it seems like they genuinely want to do an excellent job and provide great customer service. If you are trying to decide where to go for major auto body work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karle!”

“I had a great experience with this company this morning. A bottle of drain cleaner had accidentally been left in the back of my suv and tipped over and leaked. It not only smelled but I was afraid it would damage something. I called 1 Stop Auto detailing and Brian said to bring it on over. They quickly took out the cargo panel and shampooed the carpet. Then he told me no charge! I will definitely be bringing my car back for detailing with such great customer service!”

“Great value for a once in a while washer. Had to buff out some light swirl marks afterwards but that's expected from an auto wash. I've seen them pressure wash the brushes in the morning, go early before the brushes get too dirty.”

“Good service, was recommended by CW. Purchased fifth wheel B&W hitch, asked if all parts were present. Was told yes, but at installation less than two hours later found out some very important brackets were not included, needed for newer style truck. Now have to wait a day for parts to come in. Just closed on selling the house and living temporary in hotel. So I will give the four instead of five stars. Will go back due to great selection of truck and trailer hard ware.”

“My 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid was damaged from a rear end collision. Although the exterior damage was superficial, further damage was revealed when body panels were removed, which required an additional supplement with the insurance carrier.
The Phil Long Collision Center delivered a flawless experience for me through the entire process. Great attention to detail. I am totally pleased with workmanship and color matching of a very tricky Ford "Seafoam Green" color on a 10 year old vehicle.
Nando was an absolute pleasure to work with and easy to reach when needed. He updated me routinely regarding the status of my vehicle. The office staff were helpful, polite, courteous and true professionals at what they do. My vehicle was clean inside and out when received after all repairs completed.”
“I haven't gotten my car painted here yet, but I plan to after my initial interaction. I came in with zero knowledge of how this all worked looking to get just the exterior of my 2014 Scion TC painted. The guy at the counter, sorry I am bad with names, walked me through the different paint types and price points. He then walked out with me and gave me a rough estimate on the cost. He explained I have to remove the wrap to get a full estimate, but the fact he could give me a rough one was very much appreciated. They are the only shop in town that I called that was able to give me a rough estimate without removing the wrap first. That alone will make me come here when I go to get it done. Thank you for all the help and patience.”
