All I can say is that I didn't appreciate the way I was talked to by the woman who helped me. Was told the oil included in my Groupon package was not recommended by my cars manufacturer! It was 5-40 vs 5-30 I think! Anyway, she said she just wanted me to know that! Also, mentioned another location, same Auto Tech company and I felt she didn't seem so favorable to them! I won't be going back to that 21st location but driving to East Platte location where they were very friendly and helpful!

Bad experience overall, the mechanics are not bad they can do their job, but the policy they have sucks. The people at the front desk are very rude and won’t even tell you what is going on. Ron might be a little helpful but still this shop is very bad don’t go here. There’s tons of shops around town that are way nicer even the other Auto Tech on Platte is way better than these guys. They overprice everything and won’t even tell you. They always try to fix something that might have nothing to do with what you are trying to get fixed, they charged me 700 for something that did nothing to my car, they told me that would’ve fixed my problem and that the car was perfect and they said they drove it for hours and everything was perfect, within 5 minutes after i picked up my car the same problem happened again and it died on the side of the road.When i brought it back they wanted to charge me 3000 for the job that i needed done without any help or refund for the money that i spent for no reason. Spent almost 1000 at this place and my car still is not fixed. Don’t go here there’s so many places in town that are much more professional and helpful.Services: General repairs & maintenance

This place is a joke. First if you order a Groupon there's only two stores in the entire town that accept them from this company. Then you're going to wait 2 weeks and if you're more than 5 minutes late they will cancel your appointment. Unprofessional unreliable and completely selfish company. We were supposed to leave tomorrow out of state and we had to wait for this oil change and since we got there 10 minutes late they said they couldn't help us. Do not do business with these people. There is hundreds of other places in town that you could go and if it cost you 10 more dollars then I promise you it's worth it. I repeat do not do business with this company. And all of their employees should be fired for their lack of professionalism and understanding. I will be spraying the word everybody I know. This place should be shut down
