Had issue with battery went in today and the store manager I've seen before but this 1st x I had the opportunity to be helped by him. My family has always used auto zone in other states and I've used this location since moving here. I always leave a happy customer. Today they put in my new battery and even put on windshield wipers I purchased and refilled my solution for me. I was so grateful I took donuts to them from a nearby donut shop.

I've brought two batteries into this autozone two different times to be charged, both times I was told that my battery was bad and that I needed to buy a new one, both batteries were perfectly fine and still work to this day. Don't trust these scammers! Also the employees have no real knowledge about cars!

It was already late and my battery died. Nicholas was more than willing to help us. He was very fast and he is reliable really appreciate his help. Even though we came in super late, he was more than willing to help us out.

My car battery died due to cold weather, I came to this AutoZone thinking I was going to have to buy a new one, however the stellar serviceman, Dom, offered to help explore all options before opting to get a new battery, he thought the best decision would be to recharge the battery and in the span of about 45 minutes I was out the door with no bill whatsoever, I appreciate workers who don't skip to the expensive steps and work to find the best decision for all parties, happy to be an autozone client!

Kyle helped me above and beyond what he needed to do yesterday. My headlights have been foggy for years. Kyle not only helped me with the products, but he also made sure with his manager that he could help me as things were slow then he proceeded to clear up my headlights. What a difference. His kindness and customer service were wonderful. Thanks again, Kyle!

I went in to autozone at garden of the gods for a warranty swapon my bilstin shocks for a 1999 suburban that I own and planned to take on a road trip this past weekend I was greeted with great customer service the issue with my situation came into play when we could not find the warranty for my parts inside the system the store manager Bernard assisted me in trying to locate them to no avail were they found l've been anautozone customer for many of years and have over close to 400parts under warranty originally i had 3 autozone accounts now inwhich only 1 account shows up for my number now this is newand very recent my parts were nowhere to be found Mr Bernardwent above and beyond for me as far as customer service goesand did all he had in his power to do he went even further byreaching out to technical support/customer support whom then at that point stated they wouldlook into the and find out whats going on and that at the time there was nothing else they could do for me due to the fact that the parts originally purchased in 2016 weren't able to be found i have yet to hear back from them soo in a nutshell (It was the System that failed me) not the store employees nor the store managers but yet the system itself I would like to thank Bernard again for a great customer service experience in such a frustrating time to my surprise he reached out to me via telephone after speaking to other members of his management team he then apologized for the confusion and miscommunication that was happening with the system and informed me that he had received authorization to go ahead with getting me taken care of the parts were ordered in and received within just a couple of days Mr Bernard showed me what customer service is and what it looks like at its best I am very thankful sir and forever grateful at your service thank you and may GOD bless you and your family as well I will see you again my next auto part purchase.Great store great management and great team
