My sister's car had been having issues for a couple of days, wasn’t driving and wouldn’t accelerate. We took her car there for a diagnostic tests, the guys there were so helpful and awesome! We were able to get the issue fixed within 10-15 minutes of being there, and her car is driving great again.

Came in with a dying car battery, and Jayden was quick to help out! Looked up my battery in the system, got a new one off the shelf, and then changed it for me. All within 10-15 minutes. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Jayden!

Terrible customer service employee (Justin) laid on the floor faking a heart attack because he hated customers and then gave me the wrong part. This employee needs to be fired because I went elsewhere to get the correct part. 😒

They tried to sell me tge wrong part for my vehicle. Even after I showed them the correct part on their own web page. They insisted that their web page wasn't up to date and their system was right. So I went over to O'Reilly that the exact part for my vehicle just like what was listed online for auto zone. I will never trust autozone again.

It was my first time meeting Dillon. Dillon took care of me from the moment I got in. Very down to earth. Cared enough to work me through some of the different options you guys have when it came to the variety of car mats.. The matts I got didn’t fit so he let me swap them out for ones that did fit… I feel like I’ve just had bad experience in customer service lately, like in general, and nothing is worse than feeling like a burden to the employee, like they have something else to do. Dillon had tons of patience. Willing to help me out genuinely,… I never once felt rushed to “pick something and get out”It’s dudes like Dillon that need the management roles. I don’t ever do this… leave reviews that is. I hope this speaks volumes. Again… dudes like Dillon understand people. Give that man a raise. Thank you
