I want to take this time to say that this location has the best customer service. Riley was super knowledgeable, and very helpful with my purchase. He even changed my windshield wipers when I was having technical difficulties. I would have to say that this young man is definitely an asset to your company.

I came in earlier today to get my starter and alternator checked because my battery had just been replaced at Walmart two weeks prior but was having issues with my car starting. The guy (I wish I would have gotten his name, sorry) who âhelpedâ me, started off with an attitude, despite the empty store so he wasnât super busy. (I also give plenty of grace because I work in a customer service field and it is hard nowadays with so many people being disrespectful and rude.) He said he couldnât test my car and argued with me it was because the battery was under my passenger seat. After me telling him three times it was not under the seat and Iâve jumped my car multiple times so I know itâs not under there, I saw on the screen he put the wrong vehicle in the computer. I pointed it out and he huffed, actually huffed. Once he put the right vehicle in, he immediately told me Walmart put the wrong battery in, one that did not include stop/start. He had not even looked at my vehicle or battery itself, so there was no way he could have known that. I attempted to ask him questions surrounding the alternator, starter, and if he would test those, but cut me off each time and told me four times the same thing about Walmart. At this point, I decided to leave and shared that I was surprised at his lack of customer service and his refusal to even test my car. He retorted with I had an attitude and refused to listen to him that Walmart put the wrong battery in. I explained to him I was just trying to figure out whatâs wrong with my car and again was shocked at his customer service and refusal to help. As I was walking out, he yelled at me âHave a nice dayâ. (I went to Walmart immediately and the start/stop battery was NOT the issue, they tested everything for free, offered apologies on behalf of AutoZone, and fixed my connection, which was the issue.) I have never had such horrible customer service, someone refusing to let me ask questions, or even test my vehicle like they say they do. It was clear they didnât want the business by sending me to Walmart, very clear they arenât knowledgeable since he adamant that was the issue without even looking at my car, and that gentleman needs some customer service training. I will not return to this location, which is unfortunate because this was my go-to many times.

Many thanks to Kai and Mady for helping with a fuse and headlamp issue. Both were very professional and patient with questions, and Kai especially went above and beyond to help. Five stars for these two and this store!!!

We have a commercial account at Auto Zone for over 20 years and I personally only use this location because of one Employee Moses Moreno. In all the years I have not met an employee of a parts store that knows and does what he does He is a true mechanic a sincere human being and I have referred many to him because of who he is and the knowledge he possess. IF you want to feel as if you have a friend at a parts store as well as get all your questions answered go visit Moses.

Just wanted to leave a long overdue review here...Moises Moreno and I met through the Auto Zone on Union Blvd near Dublin in Colorado Springs and couple years ago while I was looking for help with one of my vehicles.
I could write a book here about his customer service and depth of knowledge...but suffice it to say whenever I need help he always knows what I need and goes above and beyond to not just inform but he also rolls up his sleeves often to get the job done. I can not recommend him and this specific location any higher. If you need help, tell Moises I sent you.
