I have been to this location multiple times and have always had a great experience. The young woman with red hair helped us with a sizing concern one visit - she was very kind and knowledgeable of the brand. Shopping with kids can be stressful, but Laura helped us have a seamless shopping experience tonight. I had to reorder something in a different size and she quickly put together a new order to be shipped. Excellent customer service!

Kind of interesting... my husbands looks were judged before anything. It was assumed he didn't dress well EVER because he does his form of comfort outside of running his OWN real estate compamy. I don’t imagine that people ALWAYS dress to the nines to go shopping. AND, I'd expect salespersons to know that for at least the sake of COMMON SENSE. We are who we are and we don't use our money to get others to accept us.When checking out our WONDERFUL (I forgot her name) salesperson asked if we wanted to apply for store credit for 40% off. Ummm yeah!! Then the pretty blonde lady (and I'm being polite) behind the left side of counter says, 'you should get the credit, that is going to be a lot of money.'Yes we can add and lets keep in mind what my husband does for a living with the utmost ETHOS, PETHOS AND LOGOS. Look them up, 'lady,' and spread the gospel.I left to get a drink at Ted's because Hurricane Melissa was forming and I did not want to hurt the 'lady's' minimum wage feelings. The audacity! One may think that is discrimination if one did not know better. I just don't always know better. ?Sales girl and cashier: XXX4607 was AMAZING! She was really nice, personable and was kind enough to bring the bags out to the car due to him needing some air. She deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used to be a family favorite for 10 yrs buying men’s & women’s professional clothes. Will not return. Very disappointed with sparse store, lack of merchandise/accessories available both in store and website. BR as we knew it is unrecognizable today.Thumbs down unfortunately to new CEO Sandra Strangel. Please bring back BR’s previous signature classy clothing.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at this location. I have an awfully difficult time finding office attire (I’m short as heck and petite, so most items are just baggy on me). However, BR has petite AND short sizes, which is incredibly helpful. So, I went in to try some pants on today so I could order online since they are having a huge sale. Cara helped me today and she was amazing and so very helpful! She had a good knowledge of how BR’s clothes fit, helped me find some items that were in stock at the store, and even honored the online sale. She was patient as ever and helped me figure what size I’d be in petite so I can order online; I will definitely be back to this store and am a BR fan now! Thank you Cara!

I wanted to cheer on my buddy T-Dawg in court so I had to find some "nice" pants. Notice I put "nice" in quotes, because I think my Arc'teryx ski pants are pretty darn nice but the squares at the courthouse said they're "not appropriate" last I was there. Well it's not my fault I wanted to get a few runs in at Monarch to calm my nerves before fighting the ticket those pigs slapped on my Subie. Anyway, I needed pants. Banana Republic was having a sale, which meant it was more crowded than Breck on a powder day. The salespeople were buzzing around, and while I respect the hustle, there are certain lines you do not cross. While I was dropping trou in the changing room, one of them asked me "How are those pants fitting, Trevor?" Hold up. I've got my pants around my ankles. There are only two people who can address me when my pants are down: my buddy T-Dawg, and Jesus. T-Dawg was at his place, and I don't see this salesperson rocking sandals and walking on water. Needless to say, I bailed before they could disrespect my privacy again. I wore my good hiking pants to court and saw T-Dawg get his license back, so it all worked out in the end. Probably wouldn't hit up this Banana Republic again though.

I have shopped almost exclusively at Banana for work attire for many years. After moving here recently and shopping this location about 4 times, having previously shopped at BRs around the nation, I feel comfortable saying that this store has the worst service of any Banana I’ve ever been in. Service is attentive, but aggressively so, and they are not shy about telling you that you’ve exhausted your shopping time (well before closing time) or that you have irritated them in some way or another (by making a return, asking too many questions- you name it). I was appalled this week when I brought in a pair of pants I’d purchased the previous week, worn once, washed once, and brought in to exchange or return because the seam had fallen out. I was informed they could not exchange or return it, but (after I stood aghast and was about to retort) conceded they would repair it. I’m well aware BR does repairs and have used their alterations service for years; that’s not the issue. The issue was that I wasn’t given an option. I shouldn’t have to wait a week for their seamstress to repair it, and have to drive back to pick it up again, when they probably had another pair in my size in stock, and I needed to wear the pants to an event the next day. If I’d had the pants for months this would be different; I’d had them for one week and had the receipt the show it.

The employees were rude and tried to rush me. Every other minute they would ask through the changing room door if I was still trying on clothing (totaling 8 times in the 30 minutes I was in the store). One employee grabbed a pair of pants I was holding to try on and said she'd put them in the changing room for me while I was shopping and when I went back to try on some clothes (about a minute later) she had removed all of the clothing I was trying on and locked the door. When I asked her to reopen it she said "Oh, I thought you'd left already". I decided to just buy a few shirts and look at pants elsewhere.
