From routine check-ups to urgent situations, they handle each case with compassion and expertise. The facility is immaculate, and their state-of-the-art equipment ensures accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. We trust Banfield fully with the health and well-being of our beloved pets, and we're grateful to have such a dedicated team in our community. Five stars without hesitation!

Don't bring your pets here and DO NOT accept their wellness plan! It's a complete scam that they will present as if it is a monthly subscription, when in reality its an ANNUAL subscription in which the only way you can close you're account is to pay the entire rest of the year off.On top of all this, my dog returned to me sheepish and frightful, something I'd never seen in her as she is very loved and never hit or slapped. She began having behavior issues shortly after, (a fully trained, well behave dog) which I learned can be a sign of stress. I fully believe these people may be too rough or aggressive with the animals. Don't take your pet there. I'm never going again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! THEIR WELLNESS PLAN IS A SCAM! After taking them to a vet surgery, she started peeing around the house, acting stressed and flinching when trying to pet them. I'm convinced they did not handle her well. They hurt my animal and attempted to charge $700 to cancel their subscription to the optimum wellness plan. A scam and cruel to their helpless patients.Also- they are being supported by fake reviews.

The staff are friendly, but if they have to outsource anything like X Rays, the prices increase dramatically. Came here once and wouldn’t go back, based on that alone. We’ve found better, more affordable options elsewhere.

Been taking my german shepard here over 1.5 yrs. to get his acupuncture, hip shot, & allergy shot. I have had him on the highest plan since we got him @ 5yrs. old. They do a great job and are accommodating for other items that you might have forgotten to ask for. My boy can't use his hind legs anymore & now using a wheelchair that they recommended. If I had more time I would have built one. This one was pricey but well worth having my boy comfortable when trying to get around.

Horrible. I took my cat in where he was xrayed and given a false diagnosis of mega colon. I had to take him to anther er vet to be re xrayed as Banfields where so blurry they where unreadable. He had GAS AND STONES IN HIS BLADER. Banfield refused to give a refund on unusedable xrayeds.

Miranda Gibson (Shift Lead/CVT) was utterly unwilling to help me fill a food prescription for my senior cat today. She was more than willing to explain how SHE was in charge and how I have not been purchasing my cats food for the past 2 years at their location even though I have done just that. When I asked to speak with the store manager, Miranda was happy to wave me off to PetSmart as they are different businesses. I cannot help but notice the striking difference in result when I, as a heavily bearded Latino man, walk in to ask for assistance and when my Caucasian wife does... It's a shame that people like Miranda gravitate to the service industry and let things beyond their control dictate the level of service they are willing to provide. Miranda Gibson is far from the servant leader that she should be and I will be avoiding her in the future.Thankfully I spoke with the store manager Shaun who REALLY was in charge. It took all of 30 seconds for him to understand that the needs of his customer should always come first. I purchased two bags of prescription cat food

My dogs love this place and the people here. They always are excited to go in. It's the best vet I have been to. Their wellness plan is less than most pet insurance plans and are very comprehensive.

Incredibly long wait times for scheduled appointments, I waited an hour today to finally be seen and then leave out of frustration. Extremely unknowledgeable vet techs, they did not know coughing was a common symptom of heart worm. Negligent doctors if you can even call them doctors, brought my dog in for care over a month ago and they are still sick and are now worse in critical condition. Do NOT trust the care of your pets at this vet. I don’t even want to call this place a veterinary office let alone pet hospital. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Colorado State Board of Veterinary Medicine.

Wellness plan is great until your pet dies and crooks tell you have too paid until your plan ends and I had paid close to 300 you have no control when your sweet pet dies understand should be a fee but 300 don’t get wellness plan o have other pets once end I am done

GROSS NEGLIGENCE. My baby girl is now dead within 3 weeks of having a "full checkup" and being deemed "everything is normal" by the vet that never even took us into a room or discussed our concerns on an initial visit. She was returned to us in the lobby and the vet tech(who was very friendly) removed the X-rays from the visit because the Vet DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO READ THEM. Fast forward a week, I retrieve her labs from the login. They were off the charts on several tests, they had her last labs from 8 months prior because I gave them to them. She was still listless, vomiting & diarrhea intermittently, hiding. Took her to the ER who did an immediate ultrasound and found a 5" mass that they said even the tech that took the X-rays that were deleted from the charges COULDN'T HAVE MISSED. She had to be euthanized at the hospital. I would highly suggest the practice manger contact me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!*Edit: NO I am not going to message you on Facebook. People that work in the pet hospital are friendly; however, the wellness plan is a Scam!!!!!!!!! Cancelled my dogs wellness plan and I received a bill for $433. Now I have to pay for something that I did not even use. Do NOT sign up for their wellness plan!
